Neil arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He was very professional and thorough. He pointed out things I didn't even realize like a hole in the wall near my electrical box. He placed steel wool so mice can't come in. It was a very good experience. Happy with service so far. Service: Ant extermination

Witt was super friendly from the moment we reached out to them for a quote. Young lady on the phone (sorry for forgetting her name) was super polite, and our service tech Tony Jennings was amazing! He showed up on time, was super nice and friendly, explained everything in terms I could understand, and even tolerated my dog barking at him for a very long time lol. Huge shout out to Tony and the rest of the Witt team, definitely recommend!

I had talked to Paul initially about stopping the ants from coming into my house. He was very knowledgeable about exactly how and why they were coming in the house and exactly what needed to be done to take care of the problem. I then was a exiled for two days later and Zach had came out and he did an excellent job with solving the problem as well as making sure that my kids and dog would be safe. He was very knowledgeable and very professional as well. I would definitely recommend this company!

Edit: I forgot to add, I was double charged the first month of my plan because of "the day I signed up fell between a date just so." that it charged me for the same month twice. And this was only caught because of me double checking my bill and calling them. They will take your money and not think twice. If you have a smaller pest problem, I'd recommend a different service.
Their only options are a ~$500 fee for one treatment OR a subscription type service that you pay for a year, even during months where no service is needed (eventually totaling close to $650). When I signed up for the service, I was unaware that it was a $40 fee every month, on top of the upfront fee I had to pay for the first service. I called to see why I was being charged $40, the person explained I had signed up for the subscription service, which I honestly did not realize that's what I signed up for over the phone.
Being a first time pest service customer, I had no idea a pest treatment service even had a monthly fee. When I talked to the employee and explained this, he acted as if I was being disingenuous. I asked him if there was any way to cancel the contract because I did not mean to sign up for a monthly fee. I explained I was not in a good financial spot to afford this.
He did not take kindly to this and offered a second fee that would put me out $500. For one service. After explaining every thing to this person over the phone, he said sorry I simply cannot do anything else. It was either $500 up front or $650 over 12 months. I eventually had to choose the latter because I couldn't afford to front such a large bill that month.
I was disappointed in the service and lack of care for my personal circumstance-there was a lack of understanding or any type of sensitivity over the miscommunication that I'd expect from a highly reviewed business like this. Additionally, the service representative could not find the source of the pest I requested help with. A week after my house had been inspected, I found the source which was a bag of opened potting soil in the garage.
I expected better from this company and would encourage potential customers to seek smaller, more flexible pest management companies. I would also encourage the employees explaining their services to give the BOTTOM LINE amount you will be paying when you sign up over the phone. This would have prevented the miscommunication.

I operate a business in the greater Pittsburgh area and work specifically with one of their techs named Zach. Fantastic communication, consistent and reliable service, clear plans to solve issues, payment and service portals are really user friendly and easy to understand, and the team really just seems to care. Which is the most important part. Great service.

Zack is amazing. Super communicative, always helpful. He answers our questions & takes care of issues swiftly, professionally & effectively. Pest control can be a total nightmare & he helps us manage our stress and keep our operation running problem-free. I highly recommend this service to anyone / business that relies on regular pest control. Thanks for everything!

Tony was punctual and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and was respectful of my home. He was thorough in investigating the indoors and outdoors. All of my questions were answered and he assured me that a follow up would be done in about 15 days or sooner if the traps needed attended. Service: Rodent extermination

I want to preface that I rarely write reviews. However, in this case, I need to thank Brian and Witt for going above and beyond. Brian told me that he would take care of our pest problem and he did! Brian was available all the time. He texted me several times throughout the process. We cannot thank Witt enough for coming to the house countless times to get the job done! I highly recommend Witt! Keep up the excellent work Witt and thank you Brian (also Stan and the rest of the Witt team that you sent out)!
