I've been with Stephens for many years. His staff, Carli in the office and field employees are very gracious and helpful. Steve also answers emergencies personally and responds quickly to calls. The pricing is reasonable, I haven't shopped around to be honest because I'm happy with his service, I trust them in my home and anytime I've had an issue (say with ants that wouldn't go away he always came back out no charge and sprayed again).

Highly recommend also for termite control. Sentricon is the bait system they use. It is affordable, and the contract is transferable, if your selling they do your termite cert promptly as well. They are terrific!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They came and sprayed and 2 days later I have a colony of ants on my windowsills. They said they would charge another service fee to come out again. Why should we pay another service fee if the first service obviously did not work

We have used Stephen's Exterminating for over 10 years. The owner, Steve Scian is so responsive and professional. He literally drops everything to help if an emergency arises. They are dependable and affordable. I would not consider using anyone else for extermination services and lawn treatments. Great company.

Just had about 50 flying ants in window. Freaked out thinking I had carpenter ants maybe termites. It's a Friday evening and left message. Stephen himself called me right back and had me send a photo and was able to diagnose problem- just a few flying ants that can be addressed on Monday. Was able to relieve my anxiety and not panic. So grateful. Glad to know someone is coming to my home that cares. Looking forward to continued great service.

Love this company. Very reliable, reasonable prices, keeps the bugs out of my house and controls the ticks, fleas, spiders, catapillers, etc. (my back yard backs up to the woods, so we have lots of critters trying to get in my yard and house). Have been a happy customer since we purchased our house in 2009. Office staff is also very friendly. If you have ants, they can get rid of them. I have referred them to many people and they have also had a awesome experience with this company.

They came out to spray my house for ants last month. The guy said if any problems they can come back out again with no charge but, he didn't tell me any specific time frame. After 3-4 weeks we started to see a lots of ants again so I gave them a call. The lady on the phone said it has been over 30 days so they have to charge me again to come back out. No apology, no discount offers, nothing for not letting me know that their job is only guarantee for 30 days!
