Revising my comment from the other day. The owner, Jerry, immediately called upon me posting my first review (Sunday). Very nice and considerate. He scheduled for one of his guys to come out today (Wednesday) to sanitize the vent as should've been completed during my first service. Very happy with response! Thanks! I was happy with how responsive Balance of Nature was when I had birds that needed to be removed from bathroom vent and guards put up afterward. The only disappointment, however, was that they had told me both times when I spoke to them before they came out that they would sanitize the vent upon removal, but they did not. When I asked the employee why he didn't sanitize, he said because he didn't see any feces in the vent.

There was feces all over the siding right up to the vent so I assumed it'd be inside too, but even so, I hadn't been told on the phone that this would be the only scenario when they would sanitize. The sanitation was the only reason I had hired this specific company over others.

Very professional. Both over the phone and in person. I met the owner several times already and he knows his business, explained everything I needed to know about my area and made great recommendations. I decided to go with this company for my pest needs. Would recommend them as well!

Jerry is amazing. He's always there when I need him. I have lived in two different homes in the past 8 years and has helped us our in both for different things. Some of the reviews are fake on here for example Marissa is the former secretary. This company has no shame or integrity. My husband worked hard in horrible conditions with very little safety PPE given especially on high steep roofs and biohazardous conditions. They pretend to care about employees and customers but I see now it's always about the money. Sean really cared about the customers and only ever wanted to do was what was good for the company. I mean the office they operate out of isn't even commercial zoning on the same road the zone office is on.

I highly recommend using balance of nature for your pest control needs. The ticks were very bad this year at my house so we needed to have our backyard treated. I called balance of nature and within 1 hour they had someone at my house to give us an estimate and an hour later we were good to go. I was really blown away by the response time, clearly communicating our treatment options, professionalism of the staff from the initial call to someone coming out, and fair pricing.

Hello everybody, hope this will help people for better health. Getting annoyed of seeing Douglas Howard promoting his Balance Of Nature product. This guy is a gem, hand picks all of his products, amazing, how does one have a life? Hey Doug, what about ruffedge in fruits and veggies? Can't get them in a capsule! 1st. of all I will tell you a little about myself, I am 70yrs. of age and had tried quite a few products on the market, not necessarily fruit products.

One has to watch fresh fruit due to the sugar content and sprays that are being used worldwide that most people do not know about. I seldom drink juices because of the very high sugar content. I do eat beef once a month and fish when I can get it fresh. Mostly chicken and a lot of veggies, broccoli, and greens. I was diagnosed with cancer 3yrs. ago, my PSA was from 2-8 in 14 month's.

Doctor went in and had taken 13 samples. Didn't look good and the doctor mentioned that I would have to decide on what I wanted to do. Very different when I had my 1st. test when he had told me I would not have to have surgery due to it being a very slow growing type! Wrong! people have a lot of faith in doctors which in my case was wrong. I had gotten a few opinions on this.

Make a long story short, the past year I had changed my diet, still eating chicken and triple the veggies. I make a soup with organic escarole, bock chow, broccoli and a few other veggies. I eat this 3-4 times a day. I was recently tested and my PSA had gone down over 60% from the previous test. I can tell you REAL FOOD changed my life and looking forward to the numbers to go down to 0.

Think about this for a minute, Balance Of Nature Product that is advertised is nothing but a hype. I was tested before on this vitamin and after. The people that are advertising this product on television claim they haven't had colds and their energy level is real high is a lie. Fruit and veggies vitamins capsule can't do that. Eat the real thing and you will be much healthier. I'm a living example of eating the right foods for good health. Don't waste your money on this product!

I had a mouse stuck in my wall. Apparently he got in from above through the attic. Shawn from Balance of Nature came the same day that I called and was able to fish the pest out from above without having to do any damage to my walls. He was very professional, courteous and gave me several tips on what to do to prevent this from happening again. He also recommended baited traps that he placed in the attic in case any more get in, and charged what I thought was a fair price. I can't recommend these guys enough.

They do not care for animals nor complete the job. If you need wild animals relocated please use another outfit that takes pride in their work and do right by animals. This is disgraceful!

I called about a gopher and was told it would be 99.00 to come out, and around 750.00 for trapping services that included closing up the den. with the 99.00 credited toward the 750.00 if we hired them. She did say around 750.00 but he will tell me based on our situation. I explained that I barely had the money for this but wanted to get it fixed to avoid damage to the house. It's not the guys fault but when he got to house he said 850.00 for trapping, and 1,400 if I wanted the holes cemented up.

The lady on the phone knew that I didn't have the funds of 1,400. I feel like they wasted my time because she should have told me that is could be over 750.00. Yes, she said based on my situation however I specifically said that I would barely have the 750.00 so why would she even send the guy out when I told her we have very limited funds. We were considering it an emergency situation and did not have this money but the work needed to be done.

I felt very disheartened to learn that to do the job and have it done complete it would be 1,400. She could have told me this on the phone and it would have been a no go. I don't send people out to our house for services we can't pay for that is why I was very clear on what we could be spending. In the end they said they would do it for the 750.00 however that would not include the cement of the holes. I'm disabled and cannot do the cement myself.

We were not able to hire them for the job. My point is that they should say the job starts at 750.00 and can be double that or more. I would not have had them out at all and would not have spent the 105.00 for consultation. The man who came out to house was nice and this was not his fault.

I have used Balance of Nature three times. Twice when I lived in delran and once since moving to Voorhees. They have always provided exceptional service. If your looking to have pest removed or extermination services this company i Will not disappoint you. Jerry the Owner is very knowledgeable.

Birds were visiting two bathroom fan vents. Jerry who took my call was extremely efficient handling the situation and sent Casey to remedy the problem a few hours later. Casey was one of the most professional and likable people you could ever meet! Protected our home (mask & booties) did a through inspection removing fan vents and checking inside pipes then cleaning the areas before leaving. Kept me in the loop and informed the entire time he was here. Protective cages were installed and bird problem was resolved! Smooth & easy transaction! Thank you Jerry, Casey & Melissa for doing a followup phone call. Outstanding Service & Workmanship!

Apparently it is extremely difficult to find a good company to rid your house of bats. I found a bat in my siding and didn't want a colony to form so that was my complaint. After calling about 13 companies, in which only one came and gave a crazy estimate, I called Balance of Nature. They help explain the appointment/estimate process clearly on the phone and set up an appointment for Saturday morning at 9am. Saturday morning Sean came and did a thorough check and inspection.

About an hour we sat down to talk about the job and he fully explain everything. After all was said and done, he completed the job around 11:45am. He not only removed my bat from my fascia boards/roof but plugged up some holes and installed vent fencing and replaced an old bird guard so birds and other small animals cannot get into my attic. All in all, I am so happy I called Balance of Nature and was able to safely rid my house of any other small animals. I couldn't recommend them any higher! Thanks again!

If I could give half a star I would. Terrible customer service. The OWNER Rudely demanded a credit card for the remaining balance when the job wasn't even complete! $2,500 to patch 3 holes (1 hole is still not patched) and lay 3 traps! Ridiculous! Would never recommend and we told our realtor to stop recommending this rip off of a company.
