Rey was fantastic, his price was extremely fair compared to any of the bigger companies and I'd use him again in a heartbeat. I had an underground hornet nest that was preventing me from mowing that part of my lawn. A few hours after he left there was not a hornet in sight, and same thing with this morning. I was able to mow without any issues. He even sprayed the eves of my house as an extra precaution. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of pest control.

Ray came to my home and did an inspection of it. He was a very nice man. He was very thorough, he went through and showed me everything. I appreciate the way that he listened to my concerns. I was very upset about a potential problem in my house, and he said that he could not find any on this visit. I told him that I wanted him to exterminate any way, and he said that he could not do that because he did not think that I had a problem.

He then told me for my piece of mind what to order off of Amazon to see if I indeed had a problem then he would be happy to come back. He did not want to take my money if he did not need to. This is a very nice thing to do, and the inspection was at no cost, and we also tried to give him money for his time and he declined. This is a stand up person, so thank you Ray.

I have used Ray for several years now. I saw wasps going behind my siding, called Ray. He came by, treated that site and then found two more nests on my shed. In the past I had my house exterior and retaining wall treated for ants. I have used other national chains in the past, but found them unreliable. I can count on Ray to come, treat the problem at a fair price. I recommend him.

I really like this company. Rae was prompt, delivers top-notch customer service, is very knowledgeable and is willing to spend as much time as needed to educate you on any concerns. He was so thorough that he was even feeling underneath the perimeter of my home. This is my guy!

First time homeowner and when I found out I had bugs I freaked. i called Rey and he assured me he could help very honest man definitely not trying to rip you off. My issue was big so 3 sessions and I was very pleased DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My long time tenant called this weekend and said he saw roaches in his apartment. We'd not seen these before so I wanted to act quickly and nip the problem in the bud. Called Vercom-X over the weekend and spoke with Rey whom I think is the owner. I like dealing with small business owners because they know their craft and take pride in their work versus chains and franchises that hire close to minimum wage help and experience turnover. Anyway, Rey coordinated with our tenant and estimated he could come Monday at 2:00 but arrived 1:30 (bonus points)!

He assessed the situation and reported back to me afterwards that he both sprayed and left poisonous bait. He was professional, articulate and friendly. My tenant was very happy as well. I will be using Rey / Vernon-X at all our reveal properties in the future. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!
