Healthy Home Termite & Pest Control

Derrick was great. He called only a few hours after I submitted my inquiry and had someone out at the house the next. I submitted inquiries with more than one provider and Derrick's services were the best value. Most importantly their customer portal is professional and extremely easy to use!

Moved into a new house and roaches emerged a few days after moving my stuff in and being absent from the house for a weekend Eric came out gave me an inspection, gave me helpful advice and information on what he was using and doing. Sprayed in and out of the house and since then (about a week) I've found nothing, but dead or dying roaches around the house. Haven't been seeing them as frequent so far.

In early spring, we were lucky to spot winged swarmer termites exiting a crack in the brick in the front of our home. Shawn came out and he really took the time to look around and assess the situation. we determined that they are probably under the dirt-filled concrete patio in the front of the house, and we think we caught them early enough to avoid having to tear the wall apart.

He offered a few different options and gave his opinion about their effectiveness. The price came in at exactly what I was quoted -- no one tried to up-sell me on more stuff. He treated the problem as thoroughly as he could, then treated around the entire home. We signed an optional yearly 'insurance' payment that pretty standard when dealing with termites and it was very competitive with other termite companies.

Extremely happy with the service! I live in a condo. Someone moved in across the hall with bugs in tow. Soon the whole floor had them. I didn't want anything toxic in my Place. Healthy Hime came to my rescue. They are perfection. I won't use anyone else.

Healthy Home termite and Pest Control came out yesterday and sprayed, and this morning there was a dead roach laying on its back in the middle of the bathroom! Yay! Easy to set up an appointment. I saw them working at a neighbor's so I called for information. They returned my call promptly. No pressure to sell. The service man who came was exactly on time. He was efficient. He told me exactly what he was doing. He explained what he was putting down and where. So far they have been great. He was very nice.

I would not use this company again. Their inspectors are fine/nice but the have the worst communication when it comes to billing, booking times, and dealing with receptionist. They refuse to book appts ahead of time / or have a consistent schedule, which is not good for working professionals. Perhaps it's because I'm in Atlanta and not Acworth.

Insisted that I give them a credit card number before making an appointment for service. Deal breaker. Bye.

Superior service all around. Courteous office staff with phone answered by a person. We have had mice and an active termite infestation. Healthy Home dealt with both with prompt, knowledgeable service. Safety conscious technicians. Sean and Tim educated us about termites and reassured us about their treatment backed up by an excellent repair bond.

Do not use Healthy Home! The first service was great. The tech was friendly and seemed to do a good job. I agreed to quarterly service. Over the course of a few months I have noticed an increase in roach activity. We keep a clean home, so I know that's not it.it seems like the service wasn't effective. One day I randomly get a knock on my door. and it's Healthy Home wanting to do my quarterly service.

I told them it's just not in the budget at the moment and I will call to schedule. Approximately a month later I call and the lady on the phone is super rude.she tells me my account has been canceled and if I want my quarterly service I would have to start the whole process over. Fees and all. Feels like a scam to me. I wanted to try supporting a local business.but they have driven me to the big name brands. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Healthy Home has serviced our home for 10+ years and have always had knowledgeable service representatives. Eric came today for quarterly treatment and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend their work.

Beware, I had a guy show up at my house to do service and he was dressed poorly, not driving a company truck, and no badge from company. I will be getting service elsewhere. The woman who sometimes answers the phone, didn't seem to care at all about my issues so I will not be using their company ever!

Excellent service! We had a treatment today due to ant issues, friendly, personable, fast, knowledgeable, and professional staff and service! The gentleman who came out to treat our home was the best and some kind! Happy to have them as our pest control company!

Stick to your contract, don't add late fees not mentioned in the contract. Very clever ploy to get the initial $385 and then not have the liability to maintain for 10 years

I hesitate to write this review but from all angles this was a terrible experience. After my first treatment I saw MORE live roaches than the 9 months prior to the treatment. I called to see if they could swing by to do a touch up and they would not. Literally I was like come back, I will pay you, just make the bugs go away. And they would not. The communication was consistently and issue. NOW the reason I'm writing this review, I ended up moving from 1 location to the next in between the 3 month check ins.

Apparently they had without my knowledge scheduled the 3 month follow up without letting me know. They left me no message. They did not email, they didnt leave a voicemail. I literally do not have a voicemail inbox so you actually CANNOT leave me a voicemail. They just came by treated a house I DID NOT LIVE IN and charged me. Honestly. Honest to god, I am so mad.

I understand that they did perform a service ( for someone else) and they do need to pay their employees and cover cost of goods etc. But I am so mad. Like I want to cry. Cause now i dont have money to cover the pest control in the house I ACTUALLY LIVE IN. So, yah, i rarely if ever do this to small business as i know reviews matter. But if a business wants a recommendation from me, i would expect either good customer service. good rates or good actual service. And this is 0 out of 3.

I recommend highly. Nicholas Alday came out to do an inspection. He was wonderful. He gave us some tips and we got a clean inspection. Wonderful service.

I messaged Healthy Home for a quote and got a response in just a few hours and was able to schedule the service on the very next day. The technician was on time, knowledgable and worked quickly, but carefully. We saw an immediate improvement.

Had to call Healthy homes out yesterday for a wasp problem. Excellent service and prices. Staff is very knowledgeable and thorough. Will be calling them back for any future needs that arise.

The guys are always professional and tailor service to my needs. The mosquito treatment works! I have had under 5 bites total at home since I have been using their service, probably 4 or 5 years. Their techs are knowledgeable about pests and treatment strategies. They also don't over spray if they don't think its necessary. I also love that when I call, I talk to a person- every time.

The service guy, Nick, is probably the most knowledgeable pest control person I have ever met. He will happily crawl through a dusty crawl space to check for evidence of pests. He is meticulous in his efforts to provide exemplary service to customers.

Honestly, best service HANDS DOWN! They always remember to come out quarterly, and every single time I have had a bug issue, they come out to inspect and are so nice and knowledgeable. I've used them for almost 2 years and will definitely keep calling them!

From the initial call to the actual service, the level of customer service was excellent. We had Derrick come out and spray to remove a wasp nest inside our bathroom vent. He was polite and explained everything so that I could understand. They really seem like a small business that WANTS your business.

We had them come out yesterday for pest and mosquito control & had a great experience. They were so nice and great with our dogs, which we really appreciated! We love that they use odorless, environmentally low impact products to make sure that it is safe for our family! We were outside yesterday evening & did not notice any mosquitos. That is a win! Highly recommend!

We have been using Healthy Home Termite & Pest Control services since 2012. First we got a termite bond and their annual inspection service and recently we began to use their rodent extermination service. They are a first-class operation and always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

We're purchasing a used home and we used Healthy Home to perform a termite inspection. The current homeowner already had Terminix, but Healthy Home found signs of termites and saved us from a costly event down the road!

I have been using Healthy Home for a few years. I only have good things to say about them! They are not pushy on the services they offer. I got a fair and accurate assessment of the services I needed. They are a fair price, friendly, and they show up when they say they will! Last summer a few squirrels decided to make our attic their new home. I called them panicked not knowing what to do. They sent out someone THE SAME DAY to take care of the squirrels. I have recommend them to all of our neighbors.

Although several years with this company were fine, it only took one incident to change all that. I hired them to treat termites I had in my home several years ago. As other companies do, they charge a yearly fee to "renew" the contract after treating the home for termites. Mind you, for $150 they don't come and spray or anything, they just check to make sure there is no active termite damage.

My issue is that after years of paying this $150 fee for them to just peek around the outside of my home, I needed a letter from them stating that my home was free of termites for the sale of my home. AFTER they came to my home and peeked around it for about 5 minutes, they informed me that ON TOP OF THE ANNUAL FEE I would have to pay $85. This is a standard form letter that takes all of about a minute to put in my name / address.

Since it is a small business and I like supporting small businesses, I was able to speak to the owner, Patrick, directly and tried to reason with him as to why it was absurd to have to pay for this on top of an annual fee. As a small business owner myself, I never gouge my customers, instead offer fair prices for my work and hoped he would be fair as well.

No such luck. So disappointed with this policy. It's too bad as I have friends and family members in the area that regularly seek my advice for companies such as these, but I can't and won't recommend them.

Patrick and his crew have been great over the last few years. Very personable, and responsive.they've done routine maintenance as well as as full rodent Protection as well (squirrels in the attic). Overall great experience!
