My wife and I had an emergency and had to get a termite clearance letter for our house that was under contract the same day I called them. I tried over 10 local companies and only Houseman was able to come out that same day and do the termite inspection for us to get a letter. They are amazing! Service: Termite inspection

Usually good. I preferred the service before Houseman bought them out though. I would pay my bill for the previous month when I called for my quarterly treatment so they could take the payment and I could also get scheduled. This service called for the payment about a month in advance so I decided to try to make an appointment. I told the woman on the phone I usually call to pay and make the appointment at the same time but my 3 month should be around 6/23.

She told me we already have you down for 6/23. I was dumbfounded since I never made the appointment or scheduled a time for them to come out. So I put it in my calendar on the 23rd. Then someone shows up on the 9th saying I have an appointment that day. I told them I didn't make an appointment for the 9th and didn't have anything cleaned up in the house.

He ended up just spraying the exterior and they would come back out for the interior. This new company is just really unorganized. They should have stuck with the previous way the other company ran it. Never had an issue with them. They do a good job pest control wise though.

Moved to new home. Asked to start a quarterly pest prevention. They arrived on time stated sprayed inside and out. They were very informative on what to expect after spraying. Also was told to call if any issues arose. Looked around in cabinets and areas bugs may be, including attic. I was very happy with the service.

We hired them for regular pest control. They are very thorough. We started with them when we first moved into our home. The previous tenants had a cockroach infestation per their inspection. They could tell by the treatments that were left. We have not had an issue with them on the job. I highly recommend! On a more personal note- as a female letting a strange man into the apartment always feels uncomfortable, but he was very professional and I was not nervous by him being there at all.
