I used this company for years, and they were great. Then my technician left and the company wanted to charge me more to spray inside during every visit like my original technician was doing the whole time. I decided to keep the price the same and only service the exterior. Now I have another technician who can't seem to keep an appointment. He called me last month to schedule my quarterly service and I said you can come anytime you want since you're only working outside.

Four weeks later I called him back and he said he forgot to put me on the schedule but could stop in next Wednesday. Now it's Friday so I guess he forgot me again. Just canceled my service plan, so it's time to find another company.

This was our first time meeting Mason. He was very friendly and professional! He explained what he would be doing today and our plan moving forward. I look forward to working with him!
