Wonderful and very personable company! Tara has service my home twice, and she is very professional and kind. I have PTSD. So, having the option of having a woman, and she knows her stuff, is huge. Also, Unlike other major companies, that only seek to lock you into contracts, and charge outrageous fees. It's $75, and they will come back as many times as you want.

Have experienced excellent service for over 10 years. Conscientious about informing me of what services were needed and performing quality work. Brian Boozer did a fantastic job. We were able to have them come out same day and for a responsible price. Most companies seemed to charge more for the "neighborhood" however Prime pest was fair and honest as well as educational on what to do next with our bees nest.

Yellow jackets had moved into my chimney space and it seemed like a fairly large colony. Brian used a special spray designed for getting rid of them. He shared how he would do it, how long it would take to work and what I could expect. He sprayed them midday and by sunset only a few of the wasps were showing up at the entrance. Next morning (today) I have not seen a single flight-capable wasp. Thanks to Brian for an effective treatment and removal of my worries. Will use them again for sure.

I currently have a termite bond/contract with Prime Pest since July 2018 and I do appreciate their customer service, the value of their products/services and willingness to work with the customer. I would recommend especially if you're like me wanting to have that added protection from termites - which I learned upon purchasing my home are horrible in GA. We use Prime Pest Solutions for mosquitos around our yard and pool from April/May thru October. We live in a heavily wooded area that does include some livestock and having our yard treated is the only way we can enjoy our outdoor areas. Craig is the BEST and I always request him (I don't always get him but I certainly try). He is thorough and I can always tell a difference when he's been the one to treat our yard. Very nice people. They came out almost right away & took Covid-19 precautions. Jake was professional and respectful. He took his time walking through the house spraying & then did the same outside. They said they'd bill me and that was that. It's been 2 days & we haven't seen a single bug. So far these guys have been great & just what I needed.

We called them to come out when we had very few bugs. They came and just sprayed along the wall. They didn't pull anything out to spray behind fridge or anything. They didn't focus on the problem areas. We gave it about two weeks and started seeing more roaches than before and called them out again. Now we see more roaches than we used to see, they did absolutely nothing to help with our problem. I will be taking my business else where. Orkin, maybe. Just goes to show cheap isn't always better.

I have been using Prime Pest Solutions for over a year now and I am very happy with their service. They mainly spray only outside each time they come by, which I prefer with small kids and dogs, but will come inside if there is a pest problem inside - I only had ants one time at the start of my service with them and they came in once to spray and not a single ant since. I also use them for termite control/bond. Their prices are reasonable and their technicians are very polite and friendly.
