They do an alright job and have good customer service but they don't always communicate effectively to let you know when they're going to show up.

Would highly recommend! Family owned & operated. Everyone you encounter is friendly and polite. The service Technicians are always clean & respectful. Have used for numerous years and would use no other.

These people are ALWAYS at the assisted living place that I visit.actually had them come into my uncle's apt. because I started seeing roaches even though he is very clean. The worker just came in and barely sprayed like two areas in the kitchen (should've done a perimeter spray AND explained what he was doing. IF they were thorough). My husband works for a commercial pest control co. SO I know what should've be done (and it was a very half ass job!

I eneded up bringing our own products and properly treating his apt. and we have seen NOTHING FOR MONTHS). He didn't bother to put monitors down to get a better idea of the level of activity. He barely sprayed something and I asked him if it was residual. I don't even think he spoke English! Bottom line, this co. seems to do barely the minimum so they can keep coming back. When my husband does a job, we DON'T hear from customers, ONLY to say Thank You Sooooo Much.because they have no problems!

They came when I needed them and no issues with ants since. Highly recommend them based on results, timeliness of visit, and great customer service.

I found termite damage in my main structural beam in my home. When I call them out Garey Clark said he would not pay for the damage to my home. I have had a 14 years warranty with them to be cover for something like this. I had the Georgia Department of Agriculture come out and they found some problems with Clark pest control on how they were doing the job some of the bait station had not been change in over 90 days which would allow for termites to get in also some of the bait station had no bait in them I do have a written report from the agriculture department them to prove this claim. We would suggest anyone thinking of using this company, to save a whole lot of time, and money and buy a few cans of Decon before hiring them for anything.

Excellent company with extremely fast response to an unfortunate GPS address appointment SNAFU. The manager himself came immediately with his associate and completed my annual inspection. I was happy with the thoroughness of their inspection as well as their interest in solving future SNAFU's. Thank you Clark Pest Remedy.

We have used Clark for several years now for regular quarterly pest (bugs) control and termite prevention. We recently discovered a huge wasp nest on our house eave and it was beyond our scope to deal with it. We called Clark and they sent Eddie who is our regular pest guy. He is so knowledgeable and knew just what to do. Nest is gone!

Matt and his partner were great! I called to schedule an estimate and they were here within a little over an hour, the very same day. They immediately identified our pest (TERMITES) and provided us with a plan to address it immediately. Although, we have not yet received treatment, I am confident they will do an amazing job, simply from the first impression. I am relieved to have answers and a plan to pursue.

We received fast service from a knowledgeable technician. They set an appointment within 24 hours after my initial contact which was much appreciated. The technician was on time and very informative. Turns out we didn't have the problem we thought we had, but he advised how to remedy our problem that we did have. Great Service!

I'm a year old customer! I had to come back and let everyone know that this is the place to go to rid of bed bugs with heat treatment. I had bed bugs (hated it) but I was relieved to hear that they could complete the job. They came about 9 and heated the apartment until 5! It was so HOTT but I was relieved to be bed bug free! A year later no sign of them!

Very professional and honest. I called them thinking I might have an issue but after a thorough free inspection I was assured there is no issue that would need a treatment. In future I will be calling them for any pest related issues. highly recommend.

This business deserves less than a star. Awful! We paid for monthly exterior service and when they were needed, not only they DIDN'T SHOW UP but they never placed record of our complaint about it, THEY DO NOT COVER FOR BEES OR WASP! When contracted, this detail was not specified. We called to cancel and we got billed either way for the service we didn't receive.

Their outdated website provides no information to whom escalate this matter to so we were stuck with someone on the phone that was unprofessional and unkind to our needs because we continued to get billed even after canceling. The manager that got on the phone said that there was no record of any contract cancellation or service not provided complaint and threaten us by saying that there was nothing we could do other than pay or spend $320 taking this $85 case to court. Been new to the state and specifically to Henry County, we paid just to get their rude and indecent way of doing business out of our lives. We find comfort keeping business AWAY from them to the best of our abilities.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. I had woken up with bites on my body for a couple of weeks and was worried it might be bed bugs. Garey spent a long time on the phone with me on his way to a job and discussed the true signs of the bed bugs as well as the thorough process his guys would use in order to rid the house of them. He was knowledgeable and sincerely wanting to help.

By the end of the conversation he thought the probability of bed bugs was low but said he would send his colleague and best friend to come out and do an inspection for free. Fred was professional and on time and after looking at the situation said he honestly saw no signs of bed bugs. Fred was a pleasure to talk to and was able to educate me even more about what a true bed bug problem would look like.

I was extremely happy that the company was willing to come out for free and allay my fears. The next time I need any sort of pest control I will definitely call Clark again! Thank you!

After seeing what a very well known pest control company did for treatment and then watching what Clark done that well known company was a joke. We actually feel like we have some termite protection now. Clark is the only one I would ever use.

Thes guys are very professional and I would highly recommend them. They answered all the questions I had about the issue and were very thorough and organized with the overall treatment. Fred initially stopped by to inspect the property and explained the process and was able to set up a appointment very quickly. The crew was on time, polite, and got everything done. So far no issues and I am glad I used this service.

I have a termite damage bond with them and they will not honor the contract. So you may want to think twice before signing up with them. They will be very nice until you have a problem then they run away.

These guys were absolutely outstanding! Very caring, professional, helpful and friendly. I think they are family owned but they were very personable and know their bugs! They didn't even charge me for coming out when they didn't find anything. I would recommend them in an instant. :-

We contacted Garey about a bed bug issue we were having in our rental home. Garey spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me explaining in detail the cost and process. The following day he came to the home for the inspection with the dog and again explained at length what we needed to do. Since I was 9 months pregnant and have small children (we were all sleeping on an air mattress!), Garey rearranged his schedule to treat the home as quickly as possible without charging us any extra!

We never saw another bug! Furthermore, Garey personally came out and reinspected the home for MY peace of mind! I cannot recommend this company enough. They are fair in pricing and honest. I'm able to say this with some authority since I have family that own and operate a pest control company in California. Thank you Garey and company!
