The chemicals that they use did not work for us. I had to keep calling them to come back and the last time they came back the guy refused to spray outside. He only sprayed inside. I asked him to do both because that's what our plan covered and he told me it was not called in that way. So a couple days later I was still seeing all kinds of spiders outside on our deck and inside.

I called and could not get anybody to call me back. At that Point, I messaged and asked for a partial refund and they did get back to me and said that we did deserve to have part of our money back and that they would credit our credit card. After several days I still didn't see the credit so I contacted them and they blocked my number. So I tried using somebody else's phone and got through but then the next day I tried again and they blocked that number. In the end I did get the refund but they were very unprofessional
