Called Killum to trap and remove a squirrel. First guy that came out quoted one price ($480.ridiculous). Second guy.half the price ($250.so expensive for what it is). Set a trap that wasn't properly done (so much for the $250), had to call back again. Then they charged $100 to remove the animal that was dead by the time they got out to the house. The squirrel went in the trap the evening before and was going nuts for a solid 12-14 hours.
Overall a blah experience that caused me a lot of stress. I expected better service. Hopefully I don't have to deal with this again. I was going to use them to seal the hole but I am not willing to pay another $150.

I've just signed up so I will need to update later regarding effectiveness and bat removal process. I have had first pest control treatment and termite control done. They were easy to schedule, no waiting for appointment and on-time. Very professional. Took the time to look around the outside and made recommendations for work that needs to be done. So far, very satisfied

It was a great experience! We needed a bee removal to safely take the bees to a better home. They answered the phone call right away, worked with our situation, and a tech was out within the hour! Great service and so knowledgeable! Would highly recommend and will be using again for any other type of service!

I would not use anyone else J.R. is a very thorough and is always on time I have never used anyone else in over a year I would strongly recommend him to any friends and family great experiences. I only use J.R. because in the last 10yrs of using a different company bad experience. J.R. will make sure to get rid of your pest control problem which no other company has been able to achieve. From the moment I spoke to Jessica regarding pest control services to Jacob who completed the inspection we received nothing but great customer service. We just bought a house from out of state and they were able to assist and get our house prepped before our arrival. Would def recommend Killum for your pest control needs.

Staff named Jacob came out to do service. Told me he's waiving the inspection fee because I'm choosing to do another type of service from the company. I paid him on the spot for the cost of the service that day. Following day, I was charged another fee through my credit card and when I called, a they stated that he actually did not say he waived the full inspection fee.
He could have charged me on the spot for the inspection fee if he didn't say he was waiving it. I just can't believe why and how he lied about it! Zero stars if I could for this mis-information, non-transparency, and rudeness. Very unprofessional.
