An Asp is a stinging caterpillar and known in Texas as a Flannel Southern Moth or Puss Moth Caterpillar. The caterpillar stage of the Flannel Moth have very fine hairs and spines with venom. When touched by human skin the asp produces a painfull rash or sting. The caterpillars are shaped like a teardrop and infest shade trees and shrubs around your house, parks and schools. Adult moths appear in spring and early summer and lay eggs on shrubs and trees. Brushing up against the asp or caterpillar will cause intense pain.
Mexican Free-Tailed Bats are a medium sized bat that mates and migrates north from Mexico and arrives in our area in the spring. Their offspring are born in June. Primarily cave dwellers, they will also take up residence in buildings, walls and ceilings. The Free Tailed Bat will search for food after dusk.
In the summer fleas can survive outside and be carried into buildings. Visiting friends or clients who have fleas in their home can transport fertile fleas into their home or workplace. If you have visited a public building with fleas, you can bring them home. Fleas in the pupae stage can remain dormant for up to 9 months and hatch when you walk into an empty property. This is a common problem for landlords and real estate agents. Animals such as squirrels, raccoons & possums bring fleas in from neighboring yards.

This 80 year old person called for a termite inspection but was not given correct information, was told Tom R did the termite inspections but should have been told he did this as a consultant if you need papers for selling, was also told he treated ALL kinds of termites if he found them and after he inspected and found dry wood termites he told me he does not treat them.
He walked around house and bent over and shined a flashlight under house, I have been told by others youhave to crawl under the house, then told me he would not have my property treated (must have thought I would be dead before they ate it up). Then charged me over $400 for inspecting two properties and he wrote on invoices he could not do a complete inspection. I had been told the charge would be $225 for each house. They need to give out good information from the office.

They came out and did an ant treatment. I think they must have fed them rather than try to kill them, b/c the ants multiplied after 2 days. I called them back and was told "I have to check to see if there is a warranty or guarantee and will call you back". That is the last I have heard from them and the last they will see of my business!

Couldn't ask for an easier, more convenient service. We just bought our new home, and wanted to spray just to be safe. My husband was there and had a nice talk with the tech who was very friendly and informative. We have only had problems with ants since. I took the ant in to have it identified. They gave me something right there and then to treat my home myself. Haven't seen them since.

We had a flea problem in the backyard. Rasberry's came out 4 times within a 5 week period and couldn't get rid of them. Finally had to use a different company and the fleas were gone the same day and have not had any problem since. Called Rasberry's for a partial refund and was told no because the work is not guaranteed on the exterior. Too many pest control company's out there, don't waste your money with Rasberry's. Negative stars if possible for this company!

My mother told me about Rasberry's years ago, she is a long standing loyal customer and for good reason come to find out. My 1st experience was when my Husband was out of town. The garage door came off the tracks as I was leaving for work. I closed the garage door and forgot about the scheduled appointment later that day. I get a call that afternoon that they were there and need to get in "what was the garage code?" I told her the code but advised them that the garage door would only open so far so they would just need to bend down slightly to enter and exit, as they door was partially off the tracks.
Upon my return home that afternoon, I punched in my code and waited for the door to stop and was prepared to bend down to go under my garage, but to my amazement, the door continued completely open, smoothly with no hesitation. I soon found out that Landon was kind enough to fix my Garage Door for me after he completed exterminating the house. WHO DOES THAT?
My 2nd experience was not my own but it was one that I witnessed w. my own two eyes with my children by my side. A few months ago I exited Beltway 8 and was at a stop light about to turn left onto Scarsdale Blvd. I noticed the truck ahead of me was a Rasberry Truck. I'm not sure what employee it was but he rolled down his window and gave the homeless man some cash, a water bottle and a cigarette, then proceeded to shake his hand with both hands and was talking to him like 2 old friends would do.
He was laughing and really talking to the gentleman on the side of the road like they were two equals, as they are! That moment to me was priceless. I was crying which in turn made both of my teenage daughter cry seeing this genuine, sincere act of kindness towards another human being. It was a moment I won't soon forget. I urge you to become a loyal customer of Rasberry's Pest Control, they are worth it! Dena

I have used Rasberry's Pest Professionals on many occasions. My first problem was with fleas inside my home several years ago. They came out did the job and 5 weeks later the flea problem was gone. Last year I had ants, so as per the offices instructions, I brought some in to be ID. It was determined that they were Guinea Ants (which were apparently were new species to the area), they sold me a product to do myself, which took care of the problem right away. Lastly, just a few months ago, I again had a ant problem, brought them in and was told I had Rasberry Crazy Ants.
They came out and took care of the problem and I understand that they will probably be back because was explained they can only be controlled. However as of right now, I haven't had any problems. Thank you The Todd's

We have used Rasberry's Pest Professionals for over 5 years and are always pleased with their work. They are professional, respectful and take the time to educate me on what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. I have referred them to numerous family members, friends and neighbors, most recently my brother in League City who had a ghost ant problem. They are top notch and if you are in need they have your remedy.
