Wise Pest Control

Called this company because they had good reviews. First thing they want to do is sign us up for monthly service at a high price. Had them do one time spray around home and boat dock. 5 days later still have wood ants on backyard deck and spiders at boat dock. Don't think they did a very thorough job. One of the technicians had an attitude and everything we asked about spraying he said would be an additional charge. Don't think we will use again. Need someone that takes pride in doing a good job the first time.

Chris is a great guy, very professional, helpful and friendly. He took all the time to answer my questions I had about our mole problem and explained the process and hopeful outcome. Super great guy!

The tech came out a few hours after I called. He took time to understand my pest issue and gave a good recommendation on how to handle it. He finished up in about 15 minutes and I haven't had any more pest issues in the specified area ever since!

Chris was on time, very nice, extremely knowledgeable about his job as well as other services offered. He was respectful of my home and dogs. While giving me good information about other services they offer, I wasn't pressured to purchase additional services, unlike other businesses I have encountered. I used Wise Chem several years back and was as happy then as I am today with the performance. I highly recommend them.

We have used Wise Chem Safe Pest Control for years and have always really liked them and feel like they do a great job. Today Logan came out to do our termite renewal and he not only did a thorough investigation to check for evidence of termites but was also so respectful of us and our property (covering his shoes (muddy outside) and wore a mask) but also carefully complying with COVID considerations. I highly recommend this company for all pest control needs!

This is our first use of a pest control service and the product appears to be working as designed. after about an hour, lots of little creepy crawlies were dispatched. We had seen 3 waterbug/palmetto bug/american roaches in 3 days. I contacted Megan, owner of Wise Chem at 3 am, and within 12 hours, she had someone at my house. Logan was the tech and he was extremely professional. He called before he came to give an ETA, he explained the entire process, and he gave options for right now and for in the future. He altered all my questions and talked about all the spots in the house use that could use some attention because that might be their point of entry.

So at 1st I was not to happy, but once I called to explain Concerned about the second tech who come to my home. They sent out a different tech that has been to my home Since that would be(Logan) has been great. He actually ask me questions about which allows me to shows areas of concern. I am very pleased with all the work he has done.

After many failed attempts at getting our spider infestation under control ourselves ( and seeing one too many brown recluse spiders inside), we decided to call an exterminator to help us out. We signed up for a bi-monthly treatment plan with Wise/Chem Safe and couldn't be happier! Today Logan came out to give us our 2nd treatment and was phenomenal!

He really went above and beyond -my husband and I have been talking about it all day- he was extremely thorough- with the exterior and interior- covering every room- but he also provided excellent customer service- even my daughter liked him!
