Stuart's Pest Control

If you want to donate money to a company w horrible customer service that will never get back to you and does a bad service job go ahead. They are nice at first but once you pay they will ignore your phone calls and won't do a professional job. I would avoid this place.

Called and called and called for 2 days straight. No answer. Finally got a call back 2 days after the fact because of an online inquiry I had put in hopes of them calling back the same day. Perhaps invest in a customer service department. I ended up going with a company that did want my business.

I have used Stuart's for years. They are always on-time, respectful when entering the home, and their general quarterly pest services are very effective. I would highly recommend. Services: Ant extermination, Cockroach extermination, Bug & insect extermination

Can't complain, been using them for years. EDIT : will no longer be using this company for any of our rentals or shops. The past few services have been poor and when I called to see if I could get something done they cannot help unless I pay more. Been using them for over 5 years. Thanks for the previous quality services. Hope 2022 is a better year.

Extremely disappointed with Stuart's Pest Control service for fleas. Was told at outset that it should be effective for at least a month. She said if problem persisted that they would re-treat and to give it a little time. Expected much better service. Have had problems for past week. Called them today (2 wks after treatment) to let them know that infestation was not resolved. They said they would come back for another fee (almost as much) Ridiculous! Would NEVER use them again nor can we recommend this pest control service to anyone else.

My parents have been using Stuart's as long as I can remember. Now that I have my own house, I have been using Stuart's for my own house as well since I have years of good experience with them. They always provide fast appointments and their insecticides last a long time

Warning: Nightmare experience. We hired Stuart's because they were the cheapest company that treats bed bugs and we thought all companies might be the same. After receiving our first treatment by Stuart's, my wife found me asleep on the couch with eight bed bugs crawling on my pillow and head. Before they came to our house, we only saw a few live bed bugs in our house.

After they came out to spray the couch a second time, we found another dozen live ones a few days later. They apparently did not spray underneath the couch at any point. These bugs were not even hidden, they were in plain view under the couch. I admit, I was not sure one treatment would get rid of all traces of bugs, but I did not expect tons of bugs all over my house after we paid them to spray.

A week from their first visit, we are still infested with live bed bugs in four other rooms, many of them crawling in plain view. Our baby had more than 10 new bites since Stuart's "treated" our home less than a week ago. Stuart's is the cheapest and they offer no guarantees. We are now out of a few hundred bucks and wasted several hours of time and that is nothing compared to our frustration level having no choice but to live with these bugs until another company can come out here.

We spoke to the owner who essentially said bed bugs are tough, so we don't guarantee anything. But I found that other companies do make guarantees and will have them all dead after one treatment. Other companies have much more effective treatments such as using heat instead of spraying chemicals on your bed and headboards like Stuart's. I wish I didn't just throw my money away to Stuart's. They have little capability of killing bed bugs.

Stuart's is like family, it's a business but it's not all about the money you can call and say hey I need you to come out. There's been plenty of times where my grandmother didn't have a check handy (they still take checks) or just strapped for cash and just paid the next time. Been doing business for years don't plan on stopping and if you see a roach it's on its back dying!

I have been using Stuart's for over 15 years at both my home and business. They are just great. Always get the job done and are on time and quick too. I always recommend them.

When we bought our house in 2013 it had termites and we hired Stuart's to treat them and they've come to spray every quarter since. They are extremely professional and do an amazing job! We're currently in the process of selling our house. The buyer had it checked for termites by another company and they said there are active termites and the house needs to be tarped and fumigated, which would have been extremely expensive and delayed the sale. Knowing that was unlikely since we've had consistent service, I called Stuart's and spoke with James, the owner of the company.

He personally came out to look at the report left by the other company and inspect the house. He was able to show us and the buyer that it was a complete fabrication and nothing but an attempt to steal money by the other company. The buyer pulled the request for us to treat the home for termites and it saved us thousands of dollars that would have been completely unnecessary!

My agent was so impressed she said she was going to start recommending Stuart's to her future clients as well. Stuart's is a great company and I can't recommend them highly enough!
