We have been using them since they started up. When we moved they came with us. Family owned and operated. I trust them to take care of our needs and the products they use work. Always on time, they work around my schedule. They take care of reaching out to schedule which I appreciate, makes it so easy. Ken is very personable and reliable! He is always patient and responsive to my scheduling needs and makes sure the appointment works with my calendar! Ken also guarantees his work and will come back at any time if the need arises. I have even sent photos of bugs to him between our quarterly visits and he is quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns I have. Ken at Goodspeed Pest control provides top notch service and quality, long-lasting pest control. We have used other services in the past and these guys are the only ones who have been able to keep our ant problem completely under control. Ken is available by phone or text anytime there are questions and is super responsive between services. One very cold night last year a rodent was up in our attic.
I called Ken and they came out the next day to fix the problem. We have been rodent free consistently since. They have a lot of integrity. I trust them with the code to my garage to get in and out of the house when we are not able to get home on time. I recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We've used Goodspeed Pest Control for several years. They come twice a year to treat our yard for flea, ticks and fire ants. We haven't had a single fire ant mound since they started. They also come monthly for rodent prevention. The Valliere's are so nice to work with. It's great that Ken's son, Nick, is now in the business too. I can highly recommend them.

Ken & Nick of Goodspeed have been treating our house for years, I'd say at least 7 years, and they've been treating our office since we moved into it. Prior to Goodspeed, we'd been with a national company and still had bugs! Ken took care of that after the first treatment. Goodspeed is local to Houston and very responsive. Great company!

Ken is a great guy but that is where it ends. Each time he came, he'd come again. The juice he uses does not work like the professionals. Special request are agreed on and then ignored. I guess you're paying for on the job training. But Michael Berry loves him and that is all that matters in some peoples world.

Ken comes out to my office to take care of our Pest Control needs. He is a great man with high integrity and will always do what is in your best interest. He is always on time and is willing to answer any questions I have no matter how silly they may be. I give him 5 stars only because 10 stars is not an available option!
