Professional, Knowledgeable, and friendly. No surprise that they've got 100 five-star reviews and now the 101th from another happy customer. The appointment was 11am-12pm today and they showed up a little earlier. They checked the termite damages carefully and remembered the previous inspections and treatments and had another round of treatment. Thank you so very much for the wonderful work!

Freddy G was assigned to do the quarterly spray/inspection after the last technician (Mike) took on a route closer to his home. I'm not sure how Integrated does it, but Freddy is just as stellar as Mike and I've asked that each quarter I be assigned to his route, if possible. I'm not sure how Integrated does it, but they do hire the most consistent and thorough employees.

Highly recommend this place. Janet has been more than helpful as well as the owner of the store. Have used them on several occasions, currently for a bug bed scare. Bought some products and will be using them in the future. Friendly fast service.

Very knowledgeable staff. Best place to get treatments for German cockroaches, which no one likes to admit that they have. I purchase used furniture when I can and that's how I get infestations. I love antique furniture. Just ask them for "the kit" runs around $50. Well worth the $$ I've stayed freed for over 2 yrs til I moved and now I'm treating where I'm at now.

You won't have to deal with nasty bombers that don't actually work so you end up actually saving money. They tell you actually how to use the kit and also have instructions in their to-go kits. Also sell to get rid of bed bugs, fleas, mice, rats, bats, snakes, spiders, and scorpions. Think they also do captures of raccoons and possums

Integrated Pest performs a quarterly pest service. I have used them for probably 15 years and I never have roaches, ants, or any other critters in or around my home. They are the best exterminators in the area, and I highly recommend them! We've been using Integrated Pest Management ever since we purchased our home. They are always super courteous, on time, and always do a phenomenal job in under 10 minutes. Thanks to them, we don't see creepy-crawly things and when we do, it's been months since their visit, so we just call them again. I like that their schedules are pretty open, so they can accomodate yours.

Since I have a baby and pets, I felt the need to double check if their spray is safe around pets and babies, and they said it's 100% safe, which is super comforting. That being said, there's no need to wait hours before allowing your kids/pets in certain areas of the home. Love this company, and will continue to use it!

I called the business to get a quote for mice in the garage and got a quote and I told the person I will shop around and give them a call back. I called back few days later to let them know I was ready to do business with their company. When I called the person asked for my information and asked if I wanted a bimonthly service and I said I just want the service that was quoted to me for a one time service with one year warranty and a deterrent on the entry ways.

The person informed me her system will only do the bimonthly service and someone will get back with me about the service I was quoted. Hours go by and I received a voicemail front someone and I returned his call and another person answered and I gave him my info again and he puts me on hold for over five minutes to see if they can give service in my area.

He comes back and tells me and he tells me he can only set up the bimonthly service and will get a call from the department who will set up the one time service. Of course nobody called from the main office. All they seem to care about is to trap me into a one year commitment. Little do they seem to know if they gave me good and efficient service as their first customer I will more than likely consider their bimonthly service.

A happy first time customer is almost always becomes a lifetime customer and no gimmick needed as they will bring you customers through word of mouth. I gave the people on the phone five stars for politeness.

We had an unknown bug issue inside our new house that was bitting me and my 1 yr old son. It was random and could never find any bugs. We even set traps and exterminated the exterior. After talking to Aimee over the phone, we scheduled for a bed bug extermination. She answered all my questions and even provided me some helpful documents to prepare for the exterminator! (If a company can provide me educational materials and spend the time to talk to me, they're a keeper) Phil came by and was one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have ever met!

He educated us on our area and potential bug problems that lurk in this part of town. He even explained why he did certain things and the chemicals he was using. Im a firm believer in educating, so I'm in love with this company! They gave peace during a stressful situation.

Had ants getting into the house, not sure what they were. Sent a photo to Jeff who immediately knew they were carpenter ants. Dispatched operative at a convenient time to us. He was on time and took his time to do a thorough job, and even explained how we could reduce our risk in future. We met the company at the Stafford Home and Garden Show and were impressed by their knowledge and that its a family company. Very responsive, efficient and good value. Will be using them again.

These guys really are the best! They have been servicing my business and personal residence for over ten years. I would recommend them to anyone because they have the "heart of a teacher". They are always thorough in their explanations and will even show you how to do the job correctly. For the DIY type, you can go to their showroom and purchase the baits and insecticides.

The quality is far superior than anything you would buy at home depot or Lowe's. Phil even gave me a tip to fix my garage door! These guys really are genuine, and I can't praise them enough.

Very friendly, competent company! I called Integrated Pest Management a few days ago because we have been experiencing an ant problem. They explained their treatment process along with their general pest control treatment process since we were in the market for a new exterminator. Their prices are very reasonable, and their treatment process is extensive. Dillon showed up 30 minutes early, and fully treated the entire house, and sprayed all around the exterior of the house. Their service was excellent and I definitely recommend them for anyone in the market for an exterminator. We will be using them for a quarterly pest control treatment.

Great group, called them let them know I was having a termite problem. I was expecting a couple days before they could get to me, they were there in 20 min. Checked it out and got me serviced the following day. Really honest people and also gave me some great advise on how to maintain my landscaping to keep future pest out myself. GREAT SERVICE! With the change in weather all pest control companies are busy. I was worried that my bug problem would grow out of hand before someone could come out. Not the case with IPM. They took my call at 11am, really listened to my problem, gave me many choices and arrived at the house at 1:30pm. Their service is top notch! I will be using their services from now on, I'm really impressed.

I've used IPM for many many years. I came across them about 6 years ago when I heard some funny 'scratching' sounds in my attic. I've been on a quarterly maintenence plan with them and can't say I've had a problem since. They've even got this nifty systemic solution they use for my crepe myrtles and I haven't had sooty mold in years. I highly recommend them.
