Impact Pest Elimination is a great company to use to get rid of pests. I use them for subterrainian termite control. They are efficient and get the job done right. Their prices are great too.

This is a mom and pop company that is bigger now. I have been with them for over 10 years and have not one bad thing to say about them. They come every time I call and spray or fix any pest problems. I can't say enough good about this company. Eric has been with them for more years than I can remember and Is an amazing employee. You won't be disappointed with this company and their rates.

We had our first service with Impact the other day, and I can't tell you how pleased we are! Bobby was our pro and he did an outstanding job informing us about what to do in the Florida climate to reduce pests! So very thankful that we were referred to Impact and Bobby! Technician inspected the house. Could not tell me if active or old termite damage. Besides the spot I pointed out, could not tell me if any other areas did or did not have damage or signs of infestation. Could not answer what an active treatment plan would be or a preventative plan. I took two hours of off work for nothing. Now I have to get another company out to help me. Waste of time.

We had a surprise ghost ant invasion recently, so we called Impact Pest Elimination for help. Troy came and inspected our house and property and recommended a treatment plan to us. We agreed and shortly thereafter, Robert the tech came to do the treatment. We haven't seen any ants since. Great results! The Impact Pest Elimination personnel were courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, and punctual. And at a reasonable cost! We were so pleased that we signed up for an ongoing maintenance program.

I just bought a home in Oldsmar & I used them for my inspection. They were accommodating to our schedule & arrived promptly. Troy did the inspection & everything checked out. He even let me know where he saw a little water damage around some of the trim. Best part: I was able to schedule via text!

We used this company when we first moved to Florida, and I wish I would have done more research on Yelp before we signed up (it was before I winded up and started relying on Yelp for everything). While I was happy with the technician who came to our home, I was not happy with the frequency I had to call them out. A thorough spray was done around the outside and inside of the property every quarter but when we had actual issues they just seemed to come back and do a quick spray.

They didn't take the time to suggest remedies or investigate the root of the problem. Maybe they technicians are being over worked? I was beginning to hate living in Florida and our home until another yelper recommended a small business who has done a fantastic job with our home. The pricing is a similar price with no contract and will likely only need to come once per year.

I recently had a problem with ants, and I hired Impact to help out with the problem. I entered into a year contract with them, and found their prices to be reasonable. Terry came to our house and he was the consummate professional. He explained the process to us and answered our questions. Since we just started with the business, it is hard to tell how the future will bee, but they promise to come back if there are any problems. As of today, no bugs!

Stay away from this place! Angela who answered the phone was beyond RUDE! I called to get a quote and she obviously didn't want to deal with answering a few questions. She was mumbling obscenities to who was ever there with her. Unreal! Completely disrespectful, when I told her I heard her, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about! To the owner: get some qualified help, who treat your prospective clients with some respect!

If you need someone To remove some pests, Just call Impact. They're the best. I had a problem With rats in my attic. I spoke to Donnie And told him I'd had it. He and Bobby set up A few peanut butter traps. It was time to put a stop To these furry little brats. The issue cleared up. Now they just come for maintenance. Thank you Impact! Those rats were testing my patience.
