Excellent company to do business with. We left for a bit for a business offering a "deal" and we ended up back with Tropicare. Their service is superior and their people are top notch. Shaun takes care of our lawn and is a WEALTH of knowledge. He takes time to explain things to us and coach us on how to take care of our lawn. He's friendly and looks out for his customers and their property's well being. Toby takes care of our home pest control and is equally as knowledgeable in his specialty. He, too, takes time to chat with customers and educate you on ways to avoid pests in the home.

Neither make it seem like they are in a rush to get to the next house. Back in the office, Bobbi is so friendly every time I call to schedule my payments or ask a question. I highly recommend you try this business!

Tropicare has provided significant improvement to my property both inside (insects) and outside (lawn trees, bushes, etc.) for over a year since contracting with them. I have continually experienced a very proactive approach by Tropicare as they take care of any potential issues before they occur rather than being reactive - waiting for something to occur which occurred with the previous company. Shaun provides the outside service and Toby has provided the insect service.

Both have continually proven to demonstrate solid expertise, customer focus, professionalism while being friendly and very informative. They both provide effective communication on each visit including offering valuable details. Marty, the owner, has clearly the same customer focused, friendly, professional approach. It was a pleasure meeting him on the initial visit because he thoroughly explained their services while also thoroughly reviewing my property.

Shaun Holzer has been treating our lawn since we moved in when our house was built in July 2017. He is the best! He's friendly and knowledgeable in every thing our yard needs! 4/22/20 UPDATE: Update: I am still stunned by how beautiful, green, lush and weed free our lawn has become since we chose Tropicare to be our lawn treatment company. I had tried some of the large national companies but never felt I received the attention the I get from Tropicare. Our technician, Shaun, is always willing to answer my questions and take care of my concerns. His recommendations are always on target. Shaun is always very friendly, personable, and willing to take the time necessary to speak with us.

We completely re-sodded our lawn in September and he has been with us every step of the way. Every month he calls the day before to let us know he is coming and then after he finishes our treatment he calls to let us know of any problem areas and to make sure we are adding the proper amount of water depending on the season.
