One of the most common household pests that Floridians deal with is cockroaches - and it just so happens that these critters are some of the hardest to eliminate! If you have spotted one cockroach, you can bet that there are hundreds more hiding in your home. Due to the emission of pheromones in their feces, roaches are often drawn to congregate in the same area.
There are few creatures that cause as much horror as rodents, especially rats and mice. While these creatures may be small, they can quickly become a big problem unless you get professional rodent control to get rid of them. This is because rats and mice are rapid breeders. In just the span of a year, a female rat can produce about six to seven litters, each with about twelve babies.

We have used Cross for years and they have always provided excellent service with the most knowledgeable and professional techs. They take the time to explain where the pest issue started and what measures they took to resolve it. They are always reliable and we never have to worry about the quality of service we are getting! Services: Cockroach extermination, General pest inspection, Home inspection

Cross Pest Control is a family owned business that always treats you like family. They are the most reasonably priced when it comes to pest control and mosquito (so needed in Florida!) and their quality is even better. They are always on time, take their time, explain what they did and tell us about any concerns they might have. They also tell you that they will come back if you need them to, but we've never needed them to. Love them and can't recommend them enough!

Cross Pest Control is great! Tanner arrived on time as scheduled, maintained strict COVID-19 safety guidelines and kept me well informed throughout appointment. Extremely pleased with Cross Pest Control. A customer since 1972, the 6-month contract allows me to 'clean out' and reorganize my cabinets, drawers and household areas. I consider this a personal bonus.
Service includes treatment indoors and outside house perimeter for crawling indoor creatures such as roaches and spiders that should remain outdoors. Very happy with services provided. Would gladly recommend Cross Pest Control and all service representatives.

House renter, landlord is not required to provide pest control and did not initially. Then the property manager informed us they'd changed their mind! So we did not choose this service and actually pay for our own service because this is so ineffective. In the month window between the service I researched and chose lapsing (a once per year treatment) and after freshly applied treatment from Cross Pest Control, we saw 4 German roaches (1 female with egg sack and 3 male) and 3 American.
They treat 4 times per year which is mostly an annoyance because you must move things away from walls, their employees don't wear booties, and the residual they use is supposed to be pet safe after 45 minutes.but I imagine that isn't true if it hasn't even dried yet. eta following business response: You misunderstood. It was not new treatment. Your business had been treating the home for nearly a year and was hired by the landlord after I had already paid and received service from a different company.
The only change described above? I did not immediately renew service with my chosen pest company, allowing Cross Pest Control to effectively be the only treatment the property was receiving. In the following weeks we discovered the treatment was lacking and insufficient and renewed our contract with another provider. Regarding the employee standard of wearing booties, the technician never has for the approximate 8 times he has treated the house.
Your employee requirements are (heh) your business, but given what pest control may involve your busy technicians mucking through, it is one of those "oh that's nice" elements to be sure.
