Chet's Termite & Pest Management

Chet's is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone they spray my home every couple months and I have no issues with any kind of pests my technician that comes out is very professional just a great person overall. I have used the company for the last couple years and have used them in the past I have no issues. The office people are also very professional and friendly. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

We have had the same technician since we signed up for Chets almost 3 years ago. Eduardo is very personable and knowledgeable. I watch him perform his duties and he is very thorough and does not rush. He takes the time to get all the spider webs removed and spray all along the edges and corners of mu whole house, indoors and outdoor. I highly recommend Chets for your Pest Management needs.

I purchased my home 13 years ago and have worked constantly to keep it very clean and in excellent repair. I've always had a "bug man" for the interior of my home and don't have any issues there but for the past several years, we have seasonally struggled with carpenter ants. I am blessed to have two precious toddler grandchildren that I keep several days a week.

We spend a great deal of the time playing outdoors. This year the ants were present in the thousands covering our back patio and the entire perimeter of our house. We tried everything to get rid of them including a toxic concoction of bleach and muriatic husband my husband spread over the patio. Nothing worked! They continued to multiply and carry on their activities without interruption.

We were distraught! I felt as though my home had been taken over. We actually brought up the situation at Bible Study and I prayed and asked God for help. The next morning I surfed the web looking for direction. Several exterminator companies came up but after reading some of the reviews, I placed a call to Chet's. From the initial contact and throughout the entire process, we've been treated with exceptional courtesy, patience, promptness and professionalism.

Each person that we've made contact with has shown exemplary kindness and stellar customer service. We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours from placing the first call and the technician (John) that came out was beyond wonderful. He took the time to really inspect everything and educate us along the way. We asked for him to apply the treatment and he spent almost 3 hours meticulously ensuring that he was thorough.

The ants were gone within 36 hours of the treatment! No trace of them, no stragglers! I am beyond satisfied and will sing the praises of this company forever. I've already shared my story with many of my friends and family. Thank you Chet's for your standard of excellence.

The guys from Chet's were very professional, courteous and helpful. Although the inspection was a little shorter than expected, I'm confident in their analysis as the previous homeowner has been a Chet's customer for years. We used Chet's to tent for termites. Several months after our tenting, we experienced a leak in our roof. When my husband inspected the leak, he saw that Chet's workers had damaged our ridge vent and roof, creating the leak. I called the company, left a message and received no return call. My next call was answered and I asked to speak to our salesman.

The young lady answering the phone asked what it was in reference to and when I explained the situation, her reply was, "Well, he doesn't climb roofs and you need to hire a roofer to repair your problem because it was your responsibility to inspect everything after the job, per the contract." Technically, I'm sure she was correct, but it never occurred to us to climb up on the roof to make sure Chet's employees did their job with care and caution. For their carelessness and rude customer service, I can't recommend Chet's.

The tenting service was decided by our community, in our unit we did not have any complains at all but we proceeded. They were sloppy and carefree. As you can see below they destroyed our garden and some pieces of the fence that did not have to be detached are now broken. The Maintenance guy ( who did the prep) came back to our property and told us it wasn't him. The service is expensive. The least they can do is be cautious. Now for us it means even more money out of pocket.

The service was amazing when we scheduled to have a tent put onto our home. The problem we had was with the tenting service. We don't feel safe with anyone in our home so we kept the security cameras on throughout the whole tenting process. We were told to put signs up on windows and doors that we didn't want open. I put signs on one door that was broken and two windows that I didn't want open.

I watched one of the gentlemen read the signs and continued to open the windows and the door that I asked not too. I was told he didn't read English very well. As another gentleman was putting the fan inside my bedroom, I watched him on camera stop to stare at all of my family photos hanging from my hallway which I thought was creepy. The day before we were allowed back into the house is the day they took the tent down.

I watched them remove the tent from the house and open all of the doors and windows to air out the house. After they left the house, they left my side gate open to the backyard which showed my pool to the entire neighborhood, they didn't close my blinds or shut my window to the house. The house was completely open for anyone to break into or for a child to drown in the pool.

I contacted the office and complained and they asked for videos and pictures which I sent what I had. When the office manager called me to review my complaints, she wanted to argue and pretty much give me every excuse in the book. She said she was going to talk to the owner and reach back out to me. It has been weeks and I still haven't heard from anyone.

If you have a tent put on from this company, you might want to buy and install security cameras to make sure the job is done in a professional manner and your home is completely secure.

Chet's very professional. The price for tenting was reasonable, so much so I did not feel a need for other estimates. My daughter and my father also use Chet's and they have been very happy with their services. I just received Chet's yearly guarantee bill where they will come out and re-inspect and if termites are found they treat for free and for $222.00 a year it is well worth it.
