Buying a home in this crazy seller's market is extremely tough. It is even tougher for out of state buyers like us from Indiana to buy at San Diego. On top of that, the inspection found termites; the seller did not want to pay for treatment. We had to do tent fumigation the day after the closing of our new property. It was very stressful because we were still in Indiana. Fortunately, Vester Pest Control and our realtor Tina Wu took care of everything for us.

In particular, Liz at Vester Pest Control office was very helpful. Liz took time to explain things to us. Her calm personality made the process less stressful. In Southern California where termite is an issue everywhere, it is good to know a company like Vester Pest Control.

The worst service I've ever had! There were 2 parts of our anti-termite process: Damaged parts replacement and fumigation. After they said replacement was done we couldn't find any proofs of it. Only 2 paint cans outside. Damaged parts marked in our agreement to be replaced were still there. When we called to the office and asked what was done - we got an answer "I don't know what exactly but they did something".

We requested to replace parts again and got 1 photo before -after where they painted damaged wood. When we came after fumigation our backyard locks were open, landscape damaged and plants broken! We haven't moved in yet so don't have a lot of stuff there. But we couldn't find batteries we left in the house. So, we came to change our door lock and waste 2 hours to get there just because they stole our batteries! Which we needed to install our new lock. Can't imagine what could happen if we have more items there! Don't recommend at all. We paid 3000 to lazy thefts!

Needed a fix for the termites that ascended upon us in a bedroom/patio door. kyle casey was pleasant, respectful and professional! kyle performed the necessary job efficiently, quickly and without a mess! nice to work with vestor. glad francisco, a supervisor, (who upholds this same character) sent kyle over.

Vester Pest Control came highly recommended! Office staff was great! There inspector Ace was very thorough! His manager Francisco so happen to be with him as well and gave us a great education on dry wood termites and subterranean termites. We were blown away by the termite repair crews professionalism and the termite assassin Kyle was professional and courteous. Oh and one last thing we got quotes from 2 other companies and Vester had the best rates out there!

Vester is the bester. Ace is an ace. Kyle goes the extra mile. Veronica.nothing rhymes with Veronica but she's great, too.

We used Vester based upon the quote provided and Yelp reviews, however, were extremely frustrated with their work as their technicians broke 5 (!) sprinklers. All broken sprinklers were located where the technicians would have been tramping through the yard. Even worse, sent photographic evidence of the broken sprinklers to Liz, our Customer Service Rep and requested a refund and was told "I will forward this to our fumigation department but thanks for informing me." Still no refund even after our realtor reached out to get a refund. They are careless. Any money I saved in their quote I had to pay in sprinkler repairs. Not worth it.

We used Vester pest control in 2015 when our home needed tenting for termites. I was referred to them by a realtor friend when we got tenting quotes that we over $1000 more than what we had heard was typical for a house our size. Their pricing was fair and we felt satisfied with the whole process. This year when I was hanging our Christmas lights, I found additional damage that was probably from 2015, but covered under paint.

With the paint peeling off now, we could see more of what the termites were munching on. We decided to get a new inspection and then went with Vester to replace the damaged boards. We are happy with the results and the pricing was fair for the work performed.

A rep from Vester came out to my home for an estimate 2 weeks ago today. Now after multiple calls, emails, and promised callbacks, we still have not gotten any formal communication of quote for services. Vester came highly recommended by our realtor, so this lack of customer service is even more of a disappointment.

We've used vester now for 12 years at our home. They are courteous and professional. Generally Ed comes and he is very good. knows about lot and does a good job making sure pests are controlled. We have them come once a year for general already but have had them over for isolated issues. Definitely recommend!

We have had two experiences with Vester Pest Control. One for an initial home inspection and work required for clearance. Second time was for a quote on a potential repair. In both cases, they arrived promptly, and were very professional in their communications. High integrity for the representative who met with us.

I saw termites on the patio. The guy at Vester found the termites eating the wood around a window frame. They sprayed to exterminate, then removed the window and replaced the wood frame. Looks good now. Glad they were able to do the wood repair and I didn't have to call a contractor.

We need it to get tented at our place it was difficult, decision we never done it before but the guys at vester explained the process so well it made me feel comfortable to call them over the over Firms so when they came and did the job it was easy and great.

I have used and recommended Vester Pest control many times. Armen is fantastic, very professional and responsive. Today, Edward came out to address a pest issue and really went above and beyond. Very professional, respectful and kind. He even wore shoe covers which is always great but especially currently with Corona Virus concerns. So great to have a reliable company to depend on to make a bummer situation painless and easy. Even during isolation! They are also very competitively priced. I highly recommend.

I purchased the home after this company tented my roof. Originally I was aware of some roof damage. When I got up there to personally take a look over, 35% of the tiles look broken, including multiple ridgeline tiles. The only way that happens is if a company like Vester walks all over your roof without regard to the tiles underfoot. Avoid the hassle and the extra expense. Find another company.

For disappointed in my last service with this company. Will not be using them again. Had my properties looked at that required renting and wood repair. They had completed on the last 2, but not the 3rd. When asked about was told I didn't schedule repair with fumigation. But some how the other 2 was able to be completed without any issues.

If I could give them zero stars I would! These people broke our vinyl fence while tenting the house next door! We have reached out multiple times to resolve. We have photos where it shows they took our fence down to accommodate the tent. It is ridiculous that they do business like this. We will be taking further legal action! Beware of these people!

I had a great experience with Vester Pest Control for an inspection. First, it's worth noting that there is no charge for a formal property inspection if you proceed with all of their recommendations. I was on a super tight timeline, and they didn't blink. They made it happen for me. Scheduled it in, showed up on time, and I had a report in my email a day and a half later. Boom!

The report itself was very thorough and easy to understand. There's a helpful map of the home with codes that describe what they found, and where they found it. They walk through each area, the findings, and the recommendations. They also clearly describe what they can't access, and why. I think it's important when inspectors clearly disclose the limitations and caveats, which they do. I would use them again. Nice service all around!

Isreal provides great service and he is prompt and very professional. He went above and beyond by once obtaining permission from my neighbor sprayed their side of our common wall for ants which had gotten into my kitchen. I highly recommend Isreal and Vester Pest control Joanne Klein

Unfortunately another poor company to deal with albeit and to be fair, their inspector is probably the main source of the problem. In summary: poor customer service (took me 5 calls over 3 weeks to get a response), been waiting for a written estimate since end of March and was promised one last week (needless to say I have not received it). The guy I have been dealing with has been full of excuses from we are so busy to by the time i go home I have no cell coverage (which you would think he would at least have the decency to call you when he has coverage). Probably a blessing in disguise at the end.
