Gring Pest Control Service

This place is a joke. I own a liquor store and paid these people monthly to spray and stop any infestations. Or your basic pest control service. The man who was responsible for showing up monthly would drop by, come in and laugh and joke about the company and walk around the store without spraying. When I asked him to spray around the store because we have bugs, his response was I already did.

After I confronted him about this and expressed I was not happy, he disrespectfully started arguing with me. I decided to choose another service. A few weeks later I received a bill for hundreds of dollars stating I owe them for services provided. Pretty much wanting money for services not provided, for service on dates the man never showed up. They refuse to stop sending me a bill. Terrible place and terrible service. These people do not get rid of pests, but seem to act like pests themselves. Highly recommend using service elsewhere.

We have been customers for 30 years. They are reliable and efficient. They have only raised their rates once in three decades. Highly recommend them.
