We had a huge ant problem and our other service did not seem to be able to get it under control. And our former service would not come out for weeks. So I called Pied Piper and they were at my house in less than 2 hours, they looked at everything, explained what they saw, and did the most complete spray I have ever seen. So far so good, the ants have not returned and the service was so good, the price good as well, and Sal is an excellent serviceman/supervisor. Thanks so much!

We had a fairly bad invasion of ants due to the rain. Pied Piper treated with fairly toxin-free compounds, but within a week-or-so the ants returned. They came back and retreated at no charge, but again after several weeks the ants returned. The 3rd treatment did the trick, and we have now been ant-free for the past several months, despite several rainstorms. Gotta love a business who stands by their work!

Tommy inspired confidence, gave me a price lower than other pest control businesses (and has a lower minimum than most - in our case it was a small apartment) and was able to do the treatment at the time. He didn't find any evidence in the house at all (the tenant insisted there was an infestation) then found some in the crawl space below and showed me where they were gaining entry.

It's a tall space and he doubted fleas could jump up high enough to get in the apartment, but I opted to do it anyway to appease the tenant. It was a good indication that he wasn't trying to drum up business!

I have been using another pest control service for years but found I needed to make a change due to their lack of responsiveness. Pied Piper was recommended by a dear friend whose family had utilized their services for quite some time. I reached out and received a quick response. Javier was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to meet my needs. (As an aside, my dog, who does not like strangers, took to Javier immediately. Frankly, this speaks volumes to me!).

My neighbor referred me to Pied Piper and I have been using them for over 6 years now. Through the years, I believe we have had 4 different technicians take care of the property. Although all did a good job in servicing my properly, Darryl has always gone above a beyond to ensure we have the coverage and protection from pests. We haven't seen an ant in the house since we started the service, and even if we did, In know that Darryl would be there as needed after 1 call. We have been using Pied Piper for probably 10 yrs now. Never an issue, always on time and very pleasant. Travis is our service provider and is a very knowledgeable and respectful guy. He has been doing pest control for about 7 yrs. He is very pleasant and always let's us know when it about to service the yard when he arrives. He asks us questions about bugs/ants/spiders to see what our particular issue might be at that time. That's a great thing to know since he is going to "formulate" a spray to meet those needs.

He is a very personable guy and takes an interest in how we are doing and "how are things going", considering this Covid stuff and all the "rules". He truly cares about his work and I believe he truly cares about his customers and there well-being outside of the extermination role. I might add used to have a big issues with ants. Leave any crumb on the floor and by morning we would have a long line if ants.

I have used Pied Piper for years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Most recently my service was exceptional. I have been landscaping my back yard and must have disrupted an anthill. The technician has been here twice. He has offered many tips for management. He recalled the landscaping and knew the crew was here working. He came at 630 am to spray the foundation where they are working so as not to expose the crew when they arrived at 8 am. That is exceptional in my opinion. Outstanding service.

On Friday this van was driving aggressively behind us on a one lane road in San Jose. We were already going well above the speed limit but this van kept closely tailing us. He decided to pass us on a double yellow lane while there was another car on the other lane. He could have created an accident. Reading the reviews, apparently this is not the first time someone has complained about the drivers for this company! If this is how their employees act while on the road, I can't imagine ever doing business with them.

I feel so lucky to have had Pied Piper and their great technician, Robert who always provides excellent service. He even pointed out a leak underneath my house which avoided major damage. I have used Pied Piper for over 25 years & would never change!

We called Pied Piper because we heard some creatures crawling in our ceiling. Robert was sent to our home. He is the nicest guy! Professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He got to the bottom of our problem, fixed it, and came weekly to check. Of recent, we thought we heard some noise again, & Robert came back and told us that it was the squirrels on top of the house.
