I've been using First Quality Pest Control for many years and am very happy with their service. Once a mole had gotten in the house through an outside entrance. First Quality were pros in dealing with this problem. A few ants came in looking for water. First Quality helped with that. I use them for my regular inspections and service. William is wonderful. My calls are returned in a timely manner. The price is good. I highly recommend First Quality Pest Control - am grateful for all they do!

I have been using John & the folks at First Quality Pest for about 35 years now! They have come promptly when I have had serious issues (rats in attack) etc. GREAT TEAM & LOVELY PEOPLE! I vividly remember the 1st time they came to my 1st home. 100's of cockroaches came out of the coping around my pool. Quite the introduction to home ownership!

I have lived at my house for over 25 years without any problems with gophers. During the pandemic I began to have gopher mounds on both my side and front yard. I called a well known exterminator service and after three treatments I still had the gophers and more. It went from three mounds to over 10 mounds. A year later, I saw Jerry across the street treating my neighbor's lawn and began to speak to him about my problem.
He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I felt that I finally found someone who was going to be able to rid my lawn of gophers. After three treatments they are all gone. I was amazed and so happy that I had a nice looking lawn again. I can't tell you how both companies used the same type of treatment but Quality Pest Control knew how to ensure that the gophers would go away. I use the service monthly, although Jerry said I probably could get by with every other month. I strongly recommend this service to anyone with rodent problems.

A neighbor recommended First Quality Pest Control after we experienced one too many ant infestations during the hot summer months. We've been customers using their bi-monthly service for decades, and I would never again be without them. Their technicians are courteous, prompt, effective, and respectful of property. Breakthrough issues are rare, but they respond promptly to assist us at no additional cost beyond the bi-monthly fee, which is reasonable and a great value.
I am happy to report that First Quality Pest Control has made our home an ant-free zone. As the San Fernando Valley is essentially one giant anthill, this is not a small feat. I would recommend them without hesitation!

FRED! You are awesome. Not only did he come in and give me peace of mind as I was completely panicking. He gave me some traps that will help me with the inside of my house and didn't just completely BS me on a service I don't need and take advantage of a girl panicking all on her own. He took the time to explain to me what he thinks the best options for me are and even talked to my landlord for me to tell him it's really needed and got him to agree and pay for it while I've been begging for 2 years. I'm so so glad I called and got Fred as my exterminator. Thank you again.
