Pioneer Pest Control

Looks like I'm not the only person to see this company truck driving like a fool.

Let's face it; bug hunting ain't the prettiest gig in the world, but when you want and need the best LOOK NO FURTHER. From Ants, to rodents, and everything in between not only are the THEY EXPERTS, they are kind, and understanding as to how just 'ewwww' this can be for the rest of us. The staff is great, and I believe I have interacted with the owner and his children who too, are in the biz.

For service above and beyond (and below because they have to go under my house to get rid of the occasional critter), look no further than PIONEER. They are gems, the prices are beyond fair and the service is the best there is. And if you're nice, you can get to see pix of their newest grand kid. And I suggest you USE PIONEER for monthly and keep everything in check.

These guys know how to get rid of pests! We have had mice issues due to a large amount of ivy nearby and they had started to enter our rooms. One fell on my husbands head in the middle of the night, eek! I called Laura at Pioneer Pest Control right away, they got us scheduled quickly. Tylor showed up to service and was the kindest person and really listened and understood what we needed to control our issues.

We had him spray for other pests as well, and by the next morning there were dead roaches all over our property, I was in shock of how many there were, along with other nasty bugs. And I'm happy to say, we are now rodent free, no more uninvited guests! I highly recommend them for a one time or service plan, we are lifelong customers now!

We have a very high number of outdoor spiders in West Sacramento this year. Pioneer was recommended to me by a neighbor so Doug came over and he did an outstanding job. He is very thorough. In addition Doug and Laura are very pleasant to deal with. I am delighted with Pioneer Pest Control.

Amazing customer service. Tyler was incredibly nice and personable but most importantly great at his job. Job was completed in the time that was given to us and everything was perfect.

Hey man. I was driving behind you in your green Toyota Tacoma. We're on Antelope--Greenback Blvd heading west, you were in the number three lane where it merges into two lanes. You raced along a white Hyundai in the number two lane for the number two lane spot. You cut them off, and forced them to cut off the car in the number one lane. Your actions were poor. If you drive with the same courtesy as you do for your business, no thank you. You're a young guy. You got time to clean up your act!

Was referred to them by a co-worker. Went to their website which gives you an option to contact them by sending a message. I did just that, about three weeks ago. Still waiting.

Excellent customer service. Laura stays on top of everything! They offer a variety of services, everything from one visit only to long term contracts. You only agree. to the services that are best for your particular pest problem!

Very thorough. I was having a problem with fleas and spiders. They sprayed outside and inside. My pets were safe and haven't had a problem since! They guys were very nice and knowledgeable. I will use them again!

Sorry, but not sure what the owner was thinking when he left poison blocks in my attic for rats and possums to die up there. I've had the worst summer and when I asked for relief of the smell and carcasses I was told I had to wait four days. Clark came the same day and removed what had died in my attic and questioned WHY put poison up there and not traps.still have lingering smells at least 2 months later.

Me and my kids are cursing the thought process of this company that I have used for 8 years! I'm 300.00 in clean up plus new pest company charges and all I received was "We need to pick up the bait stations left outside".more poison.

We have been using Pioneer Pest Control for years. Their service is excellent. I highly recommend them. I had Clark before but they were very expensive. Doug is awesome.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I have used many different pest control companies, including most of the big name companies and have just never been satisfied. I used to joke that they would put down bait instead of poison because it always seemed like their were more critters AFTER their visit. I got the explanation that the "poison drives them out into the open so you see them more".

I was referred to Pioneer Pest Control when I had a horrible ant problem at my home. Doug came out and explained to me that we had to treat the outside as well as the inside. On their first visit, they treated the interior and exterior of my home. My ant problem disappeared almost immediately! After that, they only treated the exterior of my home (Doug explained that once the bugs were gone from in my house, I just needed to keep up the barrier in my yard and they couldn't get back in).

About once a year I have them do the inside of my home but only because that's about how often I've seen any type of insect since they started my service. Seriously, I have never seen another spider or ant in my home. The only thing I ever find is an earwig once in a blue moon and that's when I have them do the inside again. Give them a chance - you won't regret it!
