This is my second time using this company and the first time they were great. However, I just paid them to take care of yellow jackets in my lawn. I paid them $195.00 for removal and I still have the problem. I have called them 3 times and they will not return my phone call. I have another company coming out to take care of the problem. Alta Sierra does not stand by their work. I would never use them again. I paid $195.00 and did not receive good service.
