We have been using B&T Pest Control for a few months now, after moving into our new home. Jeff Brown, our technician, is knowledgeable and professional and also very personable. He does a thorough job and always makes sure every nook and cranny is inspected. When we first moved in the mosquitoes were unbearable and now our yard is totally enjoyable. Additionally we have not seen one flea on our dogs. Thank you Jeff for going above and beyond, making us feel comfortable and secure and pest free.

The dog brought fleas into the house and they were everywhere! Never having dealt with it before I did my research and called B&T. They were super responsive and Michael did an amazing job putting me at ease, taking care of the job quickly and respectfully, and the problem hasn't been back since! Wow! This is officially the first time that I've given two positive reviews to the same company! Jeff came over to my home, listened to me as I explained how desperate I was to get rid of these tiny little ants that seemed to go after absolutely no food (they just hung around!). Immediately after I was finished with my rant, he politely asked me three questions about my home.

At that point, he was outside tracing an ant trail from my exterior wall, all the way to my back yard fence! When he was standing in my back yard at my back fence, he said "I found it". I thought the man was going crazy! Well. I humbly admit that this "bug-guy" is on his game! Ants are gone! Thanks Jeff!

After recently moving to the south from a northern state, I was not prepared for the potential bugs I might come across here. While doing a deep clean of my kitchen, I moved a picture frame to find a nest of 'German cockroaches' coming from the wall outlet. Needless to say I absolutely freaked out. I immediately called B & T who were able to send a technician over the very next morning. Micheal, our technician, was not only early showing up, but completely eased my fear of the pests.

All the services performed were explained in detail so I would know exactly what to expect. Micheal was extremely professional and efficient in executing the task at hand. He gave me vital information on the type of insect we were dealing with and how to prevent future outbreaks. I could not have asked for better service! Hopefully I will not have to utilize pest control again, but if I do, I know who to call now:

I cannot recommend them enough! I started working with them last year when I had a black widow in my garage. I called on the weekend and got a return phone call (also on the weekend!) to schedule services first thing the following week. When I moved homes, I transferred my services. Quickly saw a brown recluse in the new home and again, contacted them on a weekend getting an immediate response that someone would be out on Monday! The business is always extremely responsive and prompt in communications and visits when needed! I definitely get my monies worth and will remain a loyal customer!

Micheal came out and did a fanominal job! He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They have great plans and I got a good deal, with there most recent sale price.

We've had B & T for a few months and they have been TOP NOTCH! Honestly, I'm not a bug person and I get peace of mind knowing I have this company! Josh came out today and did extra spraying for the spiders, and got me on the list for fire ant control. Being the mom of a toddler who LOVES the outside it's great to know he won't be bothered. 100% would recommend this company.

I called B&T to get an estimate on my yard for mosquito control. They set up a date and time to meet promptly and showed up when they said they would. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and explained what the plan would be clearly. After the first treatment I was really impressed. Very thorough! I'm excited I won't have to babysit them as I had with other companies.

I know if I'm not home they'll do just as good a job as if I was, treating my yard. I would be confident in saying that all their services they offer would be much of the same. Looking forward to a comfortable summer outside.

Last week Gene from B&T pest control came by to perform a termite inspection. After a thorough check, he determined that a retreatment was required and he returned today with his son Nickolas to do the work. It was all done very professionally and the area was left neat and tidy. What a terrific service! I had not called for a termite inspection, but B&T was rightfully concerned that the past treatment may have been dislodged by the Hurricane flooding. I have used B&T for a couple of years now and have been a happy customer. Thanks B&T -- it is very nice working with professionals that care about customer service.
