Wonderful experience! After fearing that I may be in the midst of a bed bug situation, I called Bugg's. I received a very prompt response and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Elliott was great - very prompt and professional and answered all of my questions, calmimg my worst fears about what I may be facing. My home inspection was thorough and I was pleased that there were no added costs above what I was quoted. Very pleased with the service and friendly, patient, and informative staff.

Glen and Elliott were incredibly informative on the phone - very clear pricing and quick turnaround! They found two entry points for mice, filled them and laid poison, answered all of our questions and educated us about where and how the mice might be living and traveling around the house. We feel confident about the solutions, and know they'll come back for free or cheap if we have an issue again. 5 star service, money well spent!

We have had Dennis come out twice to our house, he was professional and went above and beyond to help us and answer our questions. We thought we had a reoccurrence and they had a 60 day guaranty so he came back out and it turned out it was a false alarm and he was still so wonderful. We recommend them to anyone looking for help with bugs (boxelder season) or to prevent mice before winter. Reasonable pricing and great customer service!

First trip was great, and they worked around my availability. Didn't get rid of the entire nest, so when I called for the 60 day guarantee to finish the wasp hive off, I left a message abd was left having to take care of it myself. A shame considering I sought out a small business instead of a corporate conglomerate.

I called to ask for them to deal with a soccer ball sized hornet nest and they came out the SAME DAY and their price was incredibly affordable. Elliott was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I'm so thankful that they were able to come out the same day because they turned out to be Bald Faced Hornets and if that hive got any bigger, they would have for sure attacked me or my dogs. Timely, affordable, and local. Elliott and the Buggs team will forever get my business.

Glenn was so kind and made me feel very comfortable and confident that he knew what he was doing! Within 4 hours after he sprayed there was no movement from the carpenter ant nest I found in our basement. Yesterday it was grand central station down there and now I'll just shop vac the few dead ones and be at peace! Thank you so much.

I have been working with Glen and Elliot since September 2019 when we moved to our current home. Since the first moment the have been the nicest, very responsive and professional. Prices are great and service is the best around here. One time my dog ate the mouse poison and they right away did everything possible to help me within an hour of the event to find out name and composition of poison and after they checked back to see how my dog was doing. This is how kind and compassionate they are. Please try them if you are in doubt, I can't recommend them enough.

Buggs Pest Control is the best. We have Box Elder bugs in the fall that cover 1/2 of the west side of our house, in the afternoon sun. We had Buggs for the first time last year after a previous company wasn't effective. Magically our bugs were gone. But they came back this year and brought a couple mice with the them! I called Buggs and two days later he was here. Very professional and personable, he sprayed our house and left "treats " for the mice. In addition to being effective, they are also reasonable. The best of both worlds!

I was desperate for help with ants and no company would help me. Glenn went out of his way to come to my house less than 24 hours later. He took care of the ants and they have a 90 day guarantee whereas some other places I called guaranteed for 60 days. I highly recommend this company.

Although service was fantastic, the traps or bags that they use didn't work. About a month later we began to see mice running across the kitchen floor and started to see mice poop in the corners of the rooms and closets. We ended up buying mouse traps from Lowes (the ones in a white container where you don't have to touch the mouse). It's an amazing trap because we caught about 6 mice with those traps and zero with Buggs Pest. Don't pay a pest control company when traps are working just as good (even better in our case). Once we complained about their "bag" of poison not working they came out again and assessed though at no charge.

Desperate to get rid of some pests in my house I called "Buggs" on the recommendation of a friend. I had made a previous call to the pest company I've used in the past but I was told their schedule was "too busy" to fit me in. I think for me it turned out for the best. Mind you this is a Friday and I didn't care to hear that music of these pests in my wall all weekend long. Buggs gets a an A plus for customer service in my book.

The owner, Glen Buggs, (coincidentally also the name of the company) was more than accommodating on the phone. After we discussed if I was a "new" or "existing" customer he quickly added me to end of the days schedule. That gave him bonus points from the start. When I explained the symptoms I was hearing he immediately diagnosed the problem. BEES!

The employee who came out to the house called my on several occasions telling me his location and timing of his arrival. He was pleasant and very courteous. Overall a great experience.
