Tri State answered all of my needs for pest control needs. Their tech arrived on time and went right to work and explained throughly the work that was performed and gave advice on what to look for if I suspected any type of a re infestation. I have been working for this company for 2 years now. It's nice to go to work and meet nice customers who are very happy with their service, happy with the company, and comment on how nice people are when they talk to people from the office. As an employee, you feel secure when you have the support we do from supervisors, and the owners. The owners are just a call away and they never act like you're bothering them.
They dont micro-manage you, and even when you do need to correct a mistake on your part, they are very nice and supportive about it. It truly motivates you to improve and want to be better. It speaks for itself when your customer base has been with you from the beginning for 30+years and are getting new ones all the time.

I contracted with this company 4/2020 based on their salesman that came to my home and explained what they offered and how they were different from other companies for pest and termite contracting. Their salesman is Rockstar and was very good at explaining everything. It started off good and ended in a nightmare. My contracted began in April and was only sprayed 1 time the other time I wasn't home but they reported thry sprayed but my gate was locked.
I paid both accounts off in an effort to NEVER deal with this company again. Please beware when dealing with this company and the women in the office are nasty as well. I've posted our exchanges to every company that I service and/or sit on their respective boards and Facebook, Instagram and other social media sites. Disrespect, outright lying and bullying shouldn't be business as usual! Be aware of this company!

They r the best my dogs were on Breveceto which is very expense but I had fleas in my house and in my yard when tri state came out and treated my house and yard my dogs haven't itched the first time. TRI STATE IS THE BEST they have my business for everything pertaining to keeping my home pest free thank you

I like this company. Yeah, they're in business to make money, but they really seem to be an honest outfit. We got termites a few years ago and they sent a very knowledgeable sales guy out and we decided to hire them. They took care of the termites quickly and we get annual service from them now. Very satisfied and have peace of mind our home won't get chewed up.
