These guys are awesome. We were on a regular bi-monthly schedule with them a few years ago to come out and spray the exterior of our home for spiders. I originally picked Desert Roots because their products are pet safe. We got our spider issue mostly under control for a while and stopped service for a few years. After seeing a few too many black widows I contacted them and they fit us in this week.
They are courteous, professional, thorough and so easy to work with (they even remembered my dog). I've always been happy with Desert Roots and happy to use their services again. Thanks Kevin, Kevin and Cindy!

I have been using this company for 4 years now. They have always been professional and gotten rid of all our pests issues. Prices matched other companies that I had called before picking this company. Glad we went with them and will definitely stay with them. Just last week they squeezed us in and got rid of a wasp infestation in our new landscaping. Thank you Kevin and crew!

I found this business in the yellow pages.they seemed friendly enough, but, I thought it was odd that under no circumstances could I receive an appointment. After a 2 week wait, I got a 2 hour window, even though I requested first appointment of the day. My husband met the technician, who sprayed our SMALL single story home. I received an invoice for $180! OUTRAGEOUS! Do NOT use this company.total rip off!

I have used this company in the past and was happy with their services but not now. I called them out for a problem with mice in a shed and a squirrel. They were a no show for their appointment and instead showed up two days later. They were unprepared and no equipped to do the job. They refilled the bait trap and did nothing about the squirrel. The charge for this. $120. I'll find someone else in the future

I bought my home in 2009 and found I had a fly infestation under the house. They were very professional and friendly. I've had Kevin spray for spiders and other insects every few months. He even blocked the birds from getting in the attic. I'm a big fan and will continue to use them for as long as they are in business.
