Contacted them about clearing out a squirrel nest under solar panels and putting up critter guards to prevent further nesting. They came out, wandered around for an hour, then said "it's not worth it". seriously? Then why take the time to come out and "quote for service" if you can't even do the job to begin with? Thanks for wasting my time.

Having our home sealed for mice with Catseye was one of the best decisions we've made. We dealt with mice in the attic for over 7 years and could not solve the issue. Catseye explained why mice kept coming back. I love mice, but not in my house. We wanted to solve the issue in the most humane way possible. Catseye did that by sealing any access for mice and only trapping the mice that remained inside. Anyway, Every once in a blue moon a mouse manages to get in and Catseye immediately responds to any issues until we are rodent free again.

This is my first appointment. I had called them to days ago and I got an appointment for Alexander to come out today to do an assement. He was great! He investigated thoroughly and we knew what the culprit was. He took his time to explain the different options to take care of the problem. Once I settled for an option I got an appointment for them to come out the next day which is tomorrow. So far so good. I took out 1 star only because the job has not been done yet but again Alex was great

I was absolutely stunned when the technician appeared without a mask. When he saw I had one on, he asked if he should wear one. I asked if he was vaccinated, and he told me no, and asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. I said absolutely and that he should not come anywhere near me while in our home. I am astounded by this company not only apparently not requiring vaccinations for employees, but allowing them to then enter customers' homes in their state. With COVID continuing to run rampant this is grossly irresponsible and unprofessional.

First nuisance with pest and just mixed emotions of being scared was immediately reassured by Cateye Pest Control. I immediately looked for Pest Control within the area and was lucky enough to get an inspector out the same day! Highly recommend with their great and availability of customer service. The window frame that was prompted was on the dot as well.
It wasn't like a four hour window from like other services! The inspection was thorough and they were able to detect evidence of active squirrel activity in my attic. If you need a piece of mind, I highly recommend giving Catseye a call.

Alex came today because we have bats in the attic. He was thorough in his inspection of the problem, was clear in his description of our bat issue and how it could be resolved. After sitting down with him to go over the various services offered by Catseye, we decided on a treatment plan. We were very impressed not only with the various options offered in terms of treatment plans and decided to go with this company for some additional services. Alex was great and was a terrific spokesperson for this company.

My experience with Catseye has been awful. Catseye has not been responsive to my customer needs despite calling itself a company that provides "elite" services. Their prices are certainly elite, as in sky-high. With such exorbitant prices (I am paying $8,000 for lower guard on small ranch and mouse traps), I expected excellent service but customer-service there is non-existent.
I thought that by paying for Catseye "elite" services I would finally get peace of mind, but so far I have had none. In fact I am experiencing the opposite: I am distressed. Everything I had requested as a customer requires many phone calls, texts, emails and even then the predominant mode of response from Catseye is a no-reply. When Catseye agrees to do something, it ends up not doing it and I would have to follow-up further. There's a big disconnect among Catseye employees.
And you don't really know whom you should be talking to. Their primary mode of communication regarding a customer's request is in the form of inserting a note in the customer's file, which the next employee is free to ignore or disregard. Or the employee who turns up at your house could say, it's not his area of expertise. My current disgusting issue that is causing me distress is that of flies in my house.
Today is day 8 of having flies continuously in my home. After they removed a dead mouse from my home a few days ago, I thought the problem was resolved but tonight I am suddenly swarmed with a new batch of numerous flies. Tomorrow will be day 9 of having flies in my home. When I wrote a complaint to Catseye last week, no one bothered to give me a call or reply to my email.
My complaint was ignored. A classic "elite" Catseye response. If I am not bothered by dead mice and flies, I would not have had to hire Catseye in the first place, yet their silent attitude seems to be: what's all the fuss about. Right now, peace of mind is elusive. Paying Catseye elite fees has not guaranteed prompt and courteous service as I had imagined.
Service went downhill as soon as I signed the contract and paid half of the payment. As it is right now, I will have to stay elsewhere if the problem is not resolved tomorrow or if the problem reappears. It is absolutely disgusting and distressing to see flies appearing out of nowhere and swarming my kitchen, living room, bathroom and elsewhere and even landing on me! Think twice before hiring Catseye.

They are billing us for service visits that they are not making. When I first called (in May or June), I was told that visits occur on alternating months and that the bill was spread across each month. This had not happened in the past, and I asked for a copy of our contract that outlined this in writing. I said we wanted to terminate our account.
I was told management would call us. No copy of the contract, no call. On July 23, I sent an email expressing our concerns and terminating our contract, mentioning the call in May/June. We just got another bill. They haven't been here in months, yet we have been billed for non-occurring visits in June, July and August. We believe that bills for visits that did not happen may go back further.

Last spring, just as Covid restrictions were in full force, we thought we had mice living and breeding in the walls and ceiling of our downstairs. Needed rodent control. Turned out they were squirrels, which was a whole other specialty - wildlife extraction. We were charged $900 for the rodent control before I made a sighting of the squirrels entering through the rafters of our garage.
The expert analyst should have recognized the signs. After discussions with customer service, they ultimately converted our agreement to cover the squirrel extraction. Still, $900 was a ridiculous sum and they wanted $75/month to cover bimonthly pest service visits. Appointments were irregular - I'd set one up for a Specific time and the technician would show up at a totally different hour. One of them complained to me about how management treated them badly. We canceled. Total rip-off.

Great job by the technician(s) alway polite and have a lot of knowledge. They always provide a great report after each visit. Only problem with I have noticed is they have shown up without certain products and/or equipment to provide a service I before the visit requested. Which is aggravating because now they need to reschedule another visit. Most of the time it's not the techs fault, more like the company not providing them with the proper resources in each truck. Maybe they need a check list for each truck before it leave headquarters? Otherwise they are always professional and provide a great service.

Catseye personnel responded very quickly to my request for assistance with mouse issues. They also were very quick to provide me with costs for services in fiberglass insulation removal and the Cat Guard Exclusion Protection system around the base of the vinyl shingles. The employee at my house on 6/17/21conducting the installs was on time, polite, professional and paid excellent attention to detail.
He did not slack up climbing the two stories on an extremely hot and uncomfortable day to attend the chimney's needs Based on their quick response and overwhelming performance of their install technician onsite I would strongly recommend Catseye Pest Control out of Hopkinton, MA to anyone. William Rose, Raynham, MA.

Called these guys to come out to take a look at my house where I was hearing mice in the walls. I just needed a trapping to get them out but the salesman said I should get some maintenance package. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Months later I have spent close to $1,400 and they have come out a few times and spent maybe an hour at the house in total to plug some holes where the mice might be coming in from.
I even asked them to just come out for a trapping and when they did they didn't call in advance as I told them to and then showed up for a few minutes to close some holes again (how are there still holes they are finding during each visit 2 months later lol). In the meantime, I keep hearing the mice and now they are telling me I need to spend more money with them for another service. No thanks. Beware. I would give no stars if I could.

We called Catseye because of some noise from the attic. Alex came to our house and did a great assessment of the situation. He took the time to explain everything to us and helped us find the best solution for the problem. He was very pleasant and answered all our question. We could tell he was more interested in finding a solution than just selling the product. We would recommend Catseye to any of our friends.

The service Catseye provided me with was of exponentially low quality. They were not able to rid me of my raccoon problem and left my house open for move a week after removing the cages. They were supposed to close the soffit about my tenants porch and left it open. After several years attempts to get them to make good on our signed agreement they said they would send a technician to finish the work on the following monday, and nobody showed up.
I called 3 times and each time, amazingly nobody could give me any solid information. So I asked for a refund. Next morning a technician called me to inform me he was on his was to me and I told him that I didnt want catseye involved any longer. I called and asked for a refund. Still waiting to receive that. This place over charges for any labor involved and from what I can tell they are over promising and under delivering as a practice. Stay away

Fabulous experience. I saw an an ad on TV and called re: a mouse problem. The inspector came out the same afternoon I called. Kyle was thorough, courteous and clear in his explanations about what he did (and did not) find. Not only did I have a mouse issue, I had bats in my attic. I opted for the upper and lower catguard system. Pricey? Yes, but it made perfect sense since my house backs on to a green space/wetland.
I could eradicate the mice but they'd be moving back in eventually. Day 2 a tech was out to my home to set traps. Day 3 a tech came to measure for the guard system. Day 4 another "mouse" tech to clear and reset traps. Day 5. (Saturday) techs came to begin installing the cat guard system. The metal for installation is bent on-site. Monday there was another check and resetting of traps.
On Tuesday, just one week from my initial call, the cat guard installation was finished and "bat cones" (one way exit) were installed in my attic. There was one more trap check and today the final step was to clean and sanitize areas where there had been mouse activity. Each and every tech was pleasant and efficient. My house is mouse free and I trust will stay that way. The whole process was fast and painless. I could not be happier.

The price is crazy, they wanted to change me over $4,000 to treat for termite that are not in my house. Then change $600 a year for annually treatments. The service tech was helpful but again the cost was wayyyy to high. Call 3 other companies all quotes are much cheaper for the first treatment ($1,100 - $1,400) then $125 to $175 for the annually. Not sure why they charge so much for the same service.

Excellent company. They really care about their customers. When I noted a problem with the Cat Guard service they provided for me last fall, they immediately contacted me to set up an appointment to rectify the situation. Their prices are fair and all the service men they send out are professional and courteous. In my opinion, you can really tell the pride of a company by the workers they send out to do the "dirty" work.
I even had a great experience with the folks who work in their office. Kristen is awesome and conversational. You can tell she genuinely cares for her work and her customers. These are the kind of folks you want taking care of your home. They have the feel of a family-owned establishment coupled with the knowledge and expertise of a huge franchise.

We were horrified when we heard red tail squirrels running around in our attic and walls. We did some research and had Catseye stop by to check it out. They arrived primptly and did a thorough exam and privided a reasonable estimate. We agreed and Tyler stopped by soon after and started setting up traps around the roof where there were entry spots.
They captured one that night and the orhers over the next few days. Tyler was patient and took the time to explain their process. He also did a great job of keeping us updated. From there the seal/caulking team came in and sealed the entire house. Also, very nice people. We no longer have squirrels and are relieved. I highly reccomend them if you're in this terrible situation.

I'd give 50 stars if I could. Humanely removed birds and their nest from my duct work. Cleaned everything out and replaced the vent with a grate so they won't move back in. Excellent communication. Out here Friday for an estimate and we're back on Monday for the eviction. Prompt, professional, and efficient. Super nice team!
