I've know the Hahn Family since 1988. Bill was a man of total Honesty & Integrity and he passed that "DNA" down to Gary and Gary's children. Leslie (daughter) is like a sister to me and they make me feel like I'm a part of their family! Use a local long term invested in the community (Tuscaloosa & surrounding areas) Pest Control Operator. These folks are constantly educating themselves on the best technologies and products for the Professional Pest Control Industry! If there was 1K star review, I'd give it to Burnum Hahn Exterminators!

Just the Best! Gary & his family care about their customers. Also, the technicians are very well trained & have ALL the latest & greatest "tools" to eliminate or control your pest & termite issues.

Critical: Quality, Value Had service done on June 4th of 2020. Paid 500$. Called and explained that I was I'll and not home but the bed bugs are back. Kindly, told me it will be another $500 for one room to be treated. Do not use this service. I Service: Bed bug extermination

Technician had come to my door and repeatedly rang the doorbell, we work nights.then helped himself to walk through my yard, front and back to dig up termite bait traps without my permission. I have him on camera. It is illegal to trespass and unprofessional.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness This was my first choice based on the 5* reviews. I sent them an email through their site and they never even bothered to reply. My second choice replied promptly, the next morning very early in fact, and I have decided to go with them.

We had a termite scare at a home we recently purchased over a holiday weekend. We are so thankful for the quick service Burnum-Haun provided us. They came to our home right away and provided excellent service. Would highly reccomend this company!

Love Burnum-Hahn. They have been doing a superior job for me for years. I have never had any issues in all my years of working with them. I'm thankful for a company that is one of utmost integrity. I also love the fact that even though they have been around for years they continue to improve and be on the cutting edge of all the latest pest-control solutions.
