We had a mouse issue, called Womack and they responded quickly with making the appointment and the Technician was on time, it was great. We hired Womack to perform our new home termite preventive maintenance. I am always looking to support the underdogs as opposed to bigger pest control companies who send different individuals for every inspection/service call. With using a bigger company, it's hard for any technician to become acclimated to your "problem areas" or what is normal vs abnormal for your house.
I've never had that issue with Womack and have actually found them to be reliable, did what was requested and were very professional. I highly recommend this small owned company.

My parents (in their 90s) had used Womack for more than 15 years the house in Twinbrook, which they rent out. They paid faithfully every year but the tenant never made an appointment, so eight years long the inspection never happened. Last year termites were discovered with a lot of damage. Womack did the repairs and we paid for the repairs as the guarantee was void because there was no inspection.
While I understand that the guarantee doesn't apply in this situation, it does amaze me that Wamack was happy to take the yearly fee for more than 8 years, without calling and without doing ANYTHING for the money. Legally, it was my parents responsibility to ensure that the appointment was made, but I do find it morally reprehensible that Womack is not only happy to charges for the repairs, but also take 8 years of fees without having done anything. Shame on you, Womack!

I had a tenant who had an issue with flies and I called Womak because they had such good reviews. When I spoke with someone, I explained the issue and they said, "No problem", we can take a look and provide an estimate. I scheduled an appointment with them based on the positive conversation. However, on the day of the appointment, at the time they were supposed to come out, they called to cancel and informed me that they did not do fly services. I wish they had called sooner so that my tenant did not have to take off time to wait for them.

Called Womack after another local company refused to do any type of work unless I signed a yearly contract. Staff were very friendly and respectful, and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need (we have a single mouse in the house that is driving my pregnant wife crazy). Showed up on time, didn't try to get me to sign contracts. No evidence of mice since the visit (if there was, the exterminator gave me his personal home and cell phone). Highly recommend.
