When a spider jumped onto my wife's head in the tub interrupting her spa time chaos ensued. We made the call to Bug Zero on a reference from a trusted friend and they were out the next day to evaluate and treat our pest problem. We are now on a maintenance plan and are very happy with the results. The only thing I would do different is call sooner.

I've been a customer for a few years. Spiders and mice were a problem for us. One year ants were troublesome. We live in a rual area. Bug Zero has been very efficient in keeping our home pest free. The one season the ants were so bad they had to come more than the regular visit, but they persisted and were glad to do so. I believe they are committed to customer satisfaction.

Grant came out to set up our InsectaShield service and check for termites in our newly purchased home and was very friendly and knowledgeable! When I mentioned we were starting to see ants at the kitchen sink he made sure to target that area inside and outside as well in addition to our regular bug treatment. Very happy with the service!

Lexie got us set up on a maintenance package and scheduled right away. Jesse came out within 48 hours and did a full inspection and treatments at our home. We had your service in the spring & again recently, for general bug control & mice control. We've had other pest control companies before & comparatively, Bug Zero is far better than any other company we had used. Bug zero (zero bugs, etc.) is what I want to see (or very close). We live in the country, so realistically, we may see a bug, but rarely now. Grant is the reason that we're so impressed with Bug Zero. He does an exceptional job! He's a great representative of your company.

I have used Bug Zero for four years. They came into the home at the time I moved in and wrapped pipes, inspected for infestations, prepped the interior and exterior then provided service all year long with interior and exterior maintenance treatments. If I had an issue, such as ants in the spring, they were immediately responsive and took care of the issue.

Stephanie and Devin were both extremely professional and responsive. Stephanie took the time to explain everything to us and all of our options. We will be using their maintenance plan. We have small kiddos so they let us know we would need to have the Littles out of the home for a while once they started spraying inside; we greatly appreciated their safety precautions and the attention to detail. Overall, a great professional service and great experience!

Michael came out from Bug Zero today. Wow! He was professional, dressed in uniform and very polite. He knew exactly what the problem was and took care of business! We have had bad experiences with other pest companies but this one is extremely good. We highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

Apparently they have enough business and don't need me. Tried to get someone to come inspect for some bugs (?) to tell me what they are and what could be done. Lady that answered my call wanted me to send a picture of bugs to her. Kinda difficult since they were microscopic in size. Ended up calling someone else and the other exterminator was accommodating and came to my house to inspect. Won't bother Bug Zero again since they don't need my business.

The owner personally called me and listened to my concerns and made it right. I really appreciate him taking the time to do this and I couldn't be happier with the service since then.

We are very satisfied with Bug Zero! The house we moved in to had been sitting for 3 years with no vacancy. Once we moved in we kept seeing spiders everywhere! After doing some research we found out they were Brown Recluse Spiders! We had 2 other bug men come out and spray, but both said you can never completely get rid of them because they live in the walls.

Even after the spraying we kept seeing spiders. We saw them in coffee cups, laundry baskets, behind my kids' pillows, and in the closets. We killed what we could see but was ready to move out because we are all concerned while we slept. But i met Chris with Bug Zero and they came out, knew what they were doing and in one trip totally killed everything! We have Yet to see a spider and it's now been 2 weeks since they serviced my house! They are the Bug Professionals!
