We have been using Maple Lane for over ten years. This is such a great company. Everyone involved is professional, friendly and helpful. I'm so pleased that the company recommended Spring and Fall sprays for ants because since we have been doing that.no ants! Ever! Plus being able to pre-pay saves some money. We are very happy with the service. Every person that has come out to spray is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.
Today we had Scott and he was no exception. Just as nice and thorough and quick as the rest. We'd happily recommend Maple Lane to anyone. We've been so happy with their work.

Scott was super professional and kind. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I have used Maple Lane in the past but tried another "natural" company and decided to go back to Maple Lane because there service is top notch. I will never use another company again! Scott did a great job, called ahead to let me know he was coming and showed up on time. I've used Maple Lane several years now, initially for an ant infestation which they took care of successfully, and now every year for prevention. Would highly recommend their services. This is our second time using them. We had an ant problem and they definitely got rid of them. Very efficient. We had Scott today and he was so wonderful. He explained everything and let me ask questions. He was here when he said he'd be and worked quickly to get the job done. I would highly recommend both Scott and Maple Lane! Thank you!

The technician that serviced our house was Scott. When he came by for our appointment he was very friendly, thorough and explained the entire process and what each next step was throughout the entire process to my wife. Had them come out twice to spray for spiders and it made literally no difference. The first time I specifically told them I had a toddler and pets coming to live here so I needed it done prior. Two weeks later I called for a respray and had to wait awhile to get an appointment. Due to my guests I would only allow them to respray the outside, garage, basement and family room where spiders were a big issue. Nothing has changed--still getting large black spiders. Very disappointing as I used them years ago without issues.
