9:15ish am on 2/25/21. Driver near durbin park town center, driving like a maniac and cussing at us while speeding up next to our car, *WHILE MY 1 YEAR OLD IS IN BACK SEAT. White guy, with mustache and beard. I called to report, so I explained what happened and I was very respectful and the lady literally responded, "you are correct, thank you for calling" and hung up, no apology or nothing. Real great customer service *sarcasm*. God bless.

I had the pleasure of meeting Michael this afternoon, and he was kind and extremely professional during my WDO inspection. He was detail oriented and really went out of his way to answer all my questions and keep me in the loop throughout his entire visit. While one never wants the non-apropos scenario of dealing with bugs, should I ever require such a service, this will be the first place I call, and will specifically request Michael.

I have trusted the team at Bug Away for a few years. I'm amazed at a few things. First, perhaps obvious, we have no bugs, none. Ever since they started their treatment we have had NO concerns at all in regards to bugs of any type. When we have questions about out yard, or anything that may seem even remotely pest related, they send out someone to check it out. They are ALWAYS kind, respectful, on time, and thorough. I have NO concerns with my property being under the care of Bug Away. I highly recommend them.

Bug away is the best! stacey and her team have the best safe products. they really take the time to tell you about them and you can see the results. we dont see any bugs anywhere! they were telling me about options for mosquitoes and since its been bug free. give them a call and they will take good care of you. 5 star service always. we have since told our parents and they continue to use them and also love everyone on the team.

I called Bug Away after having concerns with pest infiltration at our house. They promptly scheduled a tech to come out to the house and they performed a thorough inspection both inside and outside the property. I was impressed with the level of detail and they offered several solutions for our issue. I felt they were interested in solving our problem and not just pushing their services on us. They will be starting treatment this week and I am comfortable we have selected the right vendor to solve out pest problems.

Stacey and her team from Bug Away did an excellent job treating my house and yard for fleas. We have a major infestation and they were diligent about making sure the problem was solved even though it meant coming back out to retreat until the little pests were gone. They were professional, courteous, and gave excellent customer service. I will use them agaim.
