I had my home refinanced and had a renewal of services prior to closing. The technician Cliff Wheeler came to my house and did my yearly treatment but also informed me what to look for in order to pass a WDO inspection prior to my closing. He was very professional and polite plus well groomed. He saved me a lot of time and money. WDO was a sucess and my refinance was approved. B&B are very good in what they do and I would recommend everyone to use their service.5 Stars

It was the annual termite inspection. Guy came out and did his thing and put some stuff down around the outside of the house. I had to schedule the inside for another day. The next guy came out for the inside and literally just looked at each room and left. On his paper work he put that he checked the attic and garage, but he never went into the garage or attic at all.

I was with him in each room. it's a Shame that this gentleman lied about going into garage and attic when it is part of the plan I paid to have done. Lesson learned and will move to a new company if this is what is going to happen with their employees. I don't like liars. The owner of the account is my wife so it won't show under my name and the business when they respond will say they can't locate me etc. look up Courtney Wardle in your system BEFORE you decide to respond B&B

I've had B&B for years, they're always available for every issue that arises. They're very knowledgeable and make it a point to share it with you. I was recommended B & B by my neighbor, his grass was growing incredibly green and lush. My grass was full of weeds and patches, it took one application and wishing two weeks my grass looked like healthy and full. Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control

Terrible Work, Awful Customer Service, Shady Business, Fake Reviews. This company will charge you an absorbant amount of money to do a half-job. We called this company with a concern about bugs getting into our house AFTER they completed they're job. $140 for absolutely nothing. They DO NOT stand behind their product. They will steal your money and not perform the service you paid them to do. Absolutely awful service. 0/10

They did a general pest control application for the interior of my home. John, the tech, was professional and friendly. He was super thorough. I think he took off every outlet cover in the house. Office staff was friendly and responsive and got me scheduled pretty quickly. How good the service is will be determined in the future because we just had our first application done.
