We hired them to remove raccoons from our attic plus repairs, cleanup, and sanitization. The entire staff is excellent. Dylan is the technician who has come the last couple times to our home. He is punctual, informative and explains everything well. I called these folks looking for quotes & availability to treat my building (and the inside of one of the rental units) for ants. They were very polite, from the first phone call, through to the technician, DJ. He's one of the friendliest technicians of any vendor I've ever used, and was both helpful and efficient. Very reasonable prices, quick turnaround, and relatively quick availability (from initial call to on-site in about 5 calendar days). I will definitely use them as my go-to vendor for any future needs that they can handle!

Usually when someone does good business, I give them a 5 star review. I was so impressed that I wonder if I should give other businesses a 4 star review from now on. I hired Advanced to deal with a situation of squirrels getting in the attic. The process was very simple and the cost was extremely reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I got. I hired them for additional work on the spot that day.

Evan Hummer was outstanding! He communicated everything to us about our mouse issue and sealed up all the cracks/gaps to stop them from coming in our home. He has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about wildlife! It's a pleasure to continue to work with Evan from AWPC!

Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control was amazing! Called in panicked because of a mice issue. I spoke to Tina who was extremely nice, helpful and informative in explaining the services they offer. Michael was our assigned technician who came out to service our house and answered all my questions while he conducted a very thorough inspection of our house.

He did a outstanding job identifying where mice were entering the house and created a solid plan to keep them out. I am so happy that I finally found a company that is customer service centric, employs great attention to detail, and offers very affordable and effective pest control services!

I love working with Eric and Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control. They are so responsive by phone, Eric is very personable and professional when he comes to my home, and all my concerns are addressed without overselling me on services I don't need. They really know their stuff. Along with general pest control they also took care of my raccoon issue last year. Needed an insect inspection report for a sale of a home. The company was very easy to work with to schedule an appointment on short notice. Dylan was on time, super easy to talk to about any questions or to ask about information. Would so use them again if I needed too.

We had a rat and they came the very next day after I called them that evening. He was able to get the rat when he came. He checked our house and filled in any openings. We I had a critter in my basement and it turned out to be a squirrel. Tim the man who came to my rescue was wonderful. He was professional, patient and came back three times. Tim also came back on his day off to install a Chimney Cap. The service I received from Advanced Wild Life Control was great and I highly recommend this company.

Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control is a fabulous company! Their customer service is great! They make a thorough plan to help you with pest control, and they stay on top of it. If you have a problem, they respond quickly! I smelled a dead mouse, and they were there the next morning, crawling around in my filthy crawl space to find it. I live in a 100 year old house-not exactly a pleasant job! I highly recommend this company.

Today Josh came by our house for our quarterly check in. Being busy with work, I completely forgot to make sure we were home during his visit. I was very pleased to find that Josh had not only performed the maintenance, but took extra measures to ensure that no new issues arise. I then recieved an Email with a detailed list of checks and improvements. Very happy with my service, only upset that I could not tell him in person.

Highly recommend. I had Orkin for a year for a mouse issue in the basement. It never stopped. I called Advanced Wildlife and not only had a quote the same day, but the women I spoke were comforting, knowledgeable and kind. After hiring them I met my technician Josh. Josh is the most helpful, kind and straightforward person ever. He told you the truth.

I have been using them for almost 10 years. They have helped with bats, mice, oppossums, wasps, and woodpeckers. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They never try to upsell or use scare tactics to make you purchase more than you need.

Ryan was terrific. He came in and removed a HUGE hornet's nest that could have been very problematic. He was thorough, extremely competent and very caring that he got the job done without anyone getting stung. Advanced Wildlife is the best for any kind of pest problem that you might have. We will definitely use them again and hopefully Ryan will be our technician.
