Very professional and on time for the appointment. Provided excellent advice and survey of my home and situation resolutions for self help at no cost. Jim recommended that I place several poison bait traps along my perimeter fence where rats have entered my yard to feast on bird seed that spilled beneath the bird feeder, then gained access into my attic where I have placed several baited spring traps. I love this company. I have used them for over 30 years after they saved me mucho $$$ by letting me carry over a previous customers contract. Always friendly and professional; Jim absolutely loves his work. I actually wrote a nice long review of why this company is so good and why I stay with them, but when I tried to add a photo, the app crashed and all my flowery words disappeared. :( I even tried to find it in my cache' but no luck. Anyway, I think you get the message that this is a great company to use; I'm just sorry you won't be able to read my clever, glowing review.
