We used Steve England for the work on our new house in OC, and he did the work that needed to be done, had a very minor time overrun on what he'd hoped to achieve mostly because some additional problems were found. We paid a minor and completely reasonable additional amount for the additional work, completely fair. We then asked Steve to look at our previous home as the "other" termite company that we'd employed was taking way too long getting a report back to us.

He gave us a report and quote overnight - he appeared slightly more expensive than the "other" company until it turned out that the others had missed some of the issues that needed to be taken care of, and we had him start the work as soon as he could. There was a minor problem which he immediately resolved correctly and honestly (and he actually sent my wife a bunch of flowers to apologize), and I would recommend Steve and his company - a personable straight forward, honest guy doing the job he'll tell you he is going to do. We intend to use him in the future to continue to look after our home.
