We recently moved into our new home in March of this year. The previous owners had Dynamic and we decided to keep them on board. So far, they've been professional and responsive to our needs. Beatta has been very helpful and incredibly polite throughout. She provided us with her contact information so we can reach out to her any time with questions or concerns. So far, so good!

Hello world, i just recently bought my first home and let me tell you its a bit of a fixer uper. living with your parents you dont think of the little things like termites or property taxes, when i got my own place i realized pretty quick that there are somethings you just cant skip out on. getting a good termite inspection is one of them. i called up Dynamic and they helped me (who was completely clueless) on how to go about everything. they were able to treat the damages i had and keep my new house protected. their price is affordable, their staff respectable. they also did my spider and insect treatment as well, making sure to have every box checked. thank you for your time and go with dynamic.

Dynamic termite is the worst termite company I have EVER done business with. I am a real estate agent. I have been doing real estate for 15 years. Never have I experienced such an unprofessional company. First the receptionist Beata would not let me make an appt for a report without and escrow name and number. I told her I just wanted someone to come out and give us an estimate for a heads up.

No I had to fill out a form and give her all the info. She was soo rude I had to call back to make sure this is the same co my client has been using for 11 years for mantenience she said yes they were just out there last year and how dare I ask for a clearance when they haven't even seen it yet! I said I didn't say anything like that I just was wondering if this was the right place?!?

Well after coming out just last year and maintaining the property for 11 years it turns out to have 1500.00 worth of damage for a 1400 sf townhouse. Either they were not doing there job maintaining this place or they are lying about it now neither scenario is a good one

I had bed bugs in my room and they were driving me crazy. I tried all the home remedies, but none of them worked so I sought out professional help. Judd came by and quoted me a price for just my room. I think he noticed my frustration in getting rid of the bed bugs, so he gave me a discount. After treating the room, the bed bugs were gone for about a week, but I guess some stragglers in the hard to reach areas survived.

I called Judd back and he did a follow up treatment for free. This time he got them all. I was so relieved! I could finally get a good night's sleep. Judd was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.
