I had many questions and they were all answered to my satisfaction; and I am excited to have them as my new pest control service. Mr. Rolando has done an excellent job for us. He's polite, professional, courteous, and very thorough. We do not have to worry about pests, ants, roaches, etc. He prepares our outdoor yard and indoor environment for all seasons. I would highly recommend Hartz Pest Control. I have been using this company for many years and they're great! Greg comes out and does a great job treating our home and he's always really helpful and knowledgable about the bugs. I like that they're a smaller company because you feel like you're part of the family. I haven't really had problems with cockroaches since they started coming out years ago when we bought the house!

I have worked with Hartz Peat Control for the last 15 years. The service is impeccable and they are trustworthy and dependable. And, they have a staff of friendly and professional employees.

They are always responsive and willing to work with our schedule. If anything goes wrong they're quick to help. Our usual tech is Greg and he does an awesome job as well as being very respectful when in my house. Just be sure to call and ask when your next service is - otherwise you may get a wake up call from a tech you weren't expecting.

We use their quarterly service and I like that they always remind us when it is time to schedule service, they always answer the phone when I call without having to wait a long time, and when they come to treat the house they are on time, quick, and professional (and we haven't had to worry about insects in our house). We first used Hartz when we initially moved into our house and had an ant problem - their treatment cleared up that issue quickly, and we've used them in the six years since!

I was referred to Hartz from my mother. She has been using them for years. They are always on time, and on top of rescheduling. Every-time they exterminate I see results. Will continue to use them!

Always reliable. They come on a regular schedule and I don't even have to worry about scheduling or sending a payment; everything is automated which is such a relief. I hardly see any critters in my house so I know they do a good job.

I called to set up an appointment and let the scheduler know that I needed spider relief. The technician arrived and knew nothing about the spiders and would not take care of them. He treated and charged $102.84 for a service call. There is wet orange residue on my white baseboards, spiderwebs everywhere and a promise that someone would be back next week sometime to do what should have been done today. This is unacceptable business practices. I used this company before and they were good but they've had an employee turnover or something

I have had hartz servicing my 2 homes for more than a year. I had significant problems with their billing all along. Finally the last straw is they came to my home, without getting a confirmation to come from me. Since I wasn't home they pest sprayed the outside of the house. Apparently they closed the service call as complete, but the inside of the house wasn't.

I called to finish the quarterly service just 3 days ago. I called their office 2 times and had gotten assurances that my account would not be considered past due. I was disappointed when today, I have now received a 30 day past due notice for payment but it was completed 3 days ago. I'm tired of correcting hartz pest control to billing the accounts. I will not accept a hit on my credit for being late when I was not. I would not recommend them to anyone, too much hand holding and poor billing control system.

Scheduling is easy, and the technicians are always on time. They've always been happy to come out between quarterly service to take care of any issues that have come up.

My wife and I just moved into the Spring Branch area and we have been using Hartz Pest Control for about a year now. They are very professional, always on time and thorough in regards to the work being done. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service. We have them setup on a qtr basis to come by our property.

Worst company. Don't spend money on this company. Manager is not giving a good customer care. Guy came out and did something and not explain. I have no idea what they did. And ask for money. Stay away from this company. No way to get 5 star in review. Maybe they hire someone to put 5 star.

A few scheduling errors at first but were expedited with care and politeness. So far I've only had my initial service but have been roach free since! My technician was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I've signed up for quarterly service to hopefully keep the critters out of the house for good. Would recommend for your pest control needs.

Hartz is friendly and easy to work with! I had no problems booking an appointment and our technician was on time. He was friendly, fast, and smart. He explained how the spray would work and that it was pet friendly. We had small ants in our kitchen and bedroom and within 24-48 hours, they were gone! If you need pest control, I would highly recommend Hartz!

Hartz Pest Control did a great job on my house. They were very courteous and professional and I haven't seen a bug since. They also will do the inside of your house if you would like at every service which was a big bonus. All-and-all I was extremely happy with the service provided by Hartz.

The customer service was great, needed something For today to battle the onslaught of German roaches which invaded my apt, because I bought a used fish tank that transported their troops. Upon two weeks of gunning down Roach infidels with my raid can, these barbarians seem to grow only stronger and wiser. Night and day I fought relentlessly till the morning and I knew I ran out of ammo.

I had to call in the cavalry. Hartz pest control sent in one of they're 5 star generals who goes by the name of Greg and he engulfed the plague that invaded my lands. He showed no mercy and sprayed them and set up traps for the insurgents. He even told us if it didn't work by Sunday, call Hartz back to give those freeloaders a beating again. I am going to set up a treaty with Hartz pest control to come quarterly as quickly as they became my allies.

I have no complaints so far! We ended up signing up for a quarterly service and they seem to take care of our bug problems, much better than the wall injections that we used to have done. Hartz is much more affordable and actually works!

I am very satisfied with the service that I have received so far from Hartz Pest Control. Once I got in touch to schedule my first treatment everything went exactly as they told me that it would. I was not at home when they came to inspect and treat the house, but my wife and mother-in-law said that the technician was very professional and thorough.

I signed up for quarterly treatments and was very pleased with the pricing structure. They warranty the work in between treatments, which is a nice touch. My only gripe was that I was charged at the single treatment price for the first treatment even though I had already given them my credit card and requested the quarterly option. In any case, I called them about it and they took care of it immediately in a way that I was pleased with.

So with a solid dose of customer service, I am not docking them any stars in this review. I think that you will find that they seem to be a good, honest company doing high-quality services for a reasonable price.

Manager/Owner always has an attitude on the phone and has a lack of respect for his customers. They are horrible communicators and get your appointment times wrong. Some of the newer guys just skip parts of your home or get dirt in your home. We've even given bug samples and they failed to even call us back or ID the bug! They said they didn't even know we gave a sample.

My brother and I work with Mike out in Cypress and he is the best they come. Super personable and reliable, showing up on time when he says he will. He services my brothers house, my house and my business. I won't use anyone else. Thanks Mike!

I agree - highly recommended for prompt and friendly service. When they say they'll be there between 10-11, they'll be there at 10. The guy who's come to my house is very polite and extremely knowledgeable about bugs. They also guarantee their work for 30 days if you have ad-hoc service, and full guarantee if you have them spray quarterly (also cheaper). Price is competitive but it's the service that keeps me as a customer.
