The team at Liberty is unmatched when it comes to their industry. They came to clear out a wasp nest that was at the foot of my door and it solved a very anxiety inducing problem that day. Their team is top notch - from the office staff to the field technicians.

This company will not stop calling me to sell me pest control. I've tried being nice and asking for removal from the list. I've tried telling them to go f themselves. I've tried tracking down the owner and explaining the problem to him. Yet I STILL get calls all the time. This has been going on for YEARS. If the company can't respect its potential customers, it certainly won't respect its actual customers either.

I recently started using this company for pest control. Their service personnel arrives during the appointed time, they are professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Liberty services my co-op in a very dense NYC area--so lots of pests to contend with. While all the agents they send are excellent, I have to commend JOSE on his work with mouse-control in my apartment. He was professional, kind and well-versed in his area of expertise (mouse-prevention!) He took his time to carefully examine the affected area and showed me in detail all the measures he took for prevention. I was really happy with Liberty's and Jose's service. Well done!

Im all about timing! I called and handled with care was told someone would be sent out immediately the very next day. Right on time, their word was Golden. The exterminator that came was informative on How to determine what pest I had, but how they operate. He then explained to me the procedure on how he will get rid of these pesky vermin. Grateful I am, it worked! I highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs.
