Proctor Pest Control was founded in 1992 by Larry and Betty Proctor in Dallas, Texas. Larry wanted to establish a pest control company based on his values, which included integrity, hard work, and building customer relationships that last a lifetime. Beginning in 2007, Larry's son, Bryan, began working with him.
Proctor Pest Control has been protecting Dallas homes and businesses from pests since 1992. We've created our general pest control treatment plans to target on pests common to the Dallas area, such as ants, crickets, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, beetles, American roaches, and pill bugs. Our maintenance and service plans range from quarterly to semi-annual.
We always recommend having your pets on a preventative medication through your vet. This is the first and most important step to keeping fleas or ticks from becoming a problem. We also offer a preventative yard treatment to help keep your yard safe. Our pets will often give us the first sign that our homes or yards may be harboring fleas.
We live in Texas, and unfortunately, termites live here too. Sometimes a walk around the outside of your home can reveal signs of a termite infestation, but oftentimes these termites can also enter through plumbing areas in your foundation, which can go undetected without a proper inspection. Our experts can find these termites and eradicate them.

Brian has been our pest control guy for the past 3 years. He is GREAT! You can tell he actually enjoys his job. He ALWAYS comes with a smile. He explains the details you need to know. And most importantly, we continue to stay pest free! We've had issues with bed bugs, mice, ants, and some other unwanted critters, but Brian always gets rid of them at the first sign of their presence. He is the BEST!
