They responded immediately when I called about noises in my attic that turned out to be raccoons. They were able to remove them from my attic and let me finally get a good night sleep. Superior Pest Elimination has serviced my property for the past year and I am satisfied with their "treatment"--both in the sense of chemical treatment for insects and professional treatment of the customer. Mike was responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He did a thorough assessment and recommended safe but effective measures for prevention of termites at a reasonable cost. His crew promptly applied the chemicals as agreed and the treatment has been effective thus far.
