Matt was the exterminator. He was very thorough and kind and efficient. He answered all our questions and our concerns. He even went into the crawl space to inspect! He was extremely kind and courteous. Hopefully the mice are gone! If not we will request a re visit! Thank you for having such a great employee! Service: Rodent extermination

Called Knockout Pest Control after Progressive Pest Control Bob, who was recommended by the realtor representing the buyer working for the buyer to inspect my home gave a report of "active termite activity" - the deal on my home fell thru. Sean from Knockout inspected my house. Saw no "activity" I then showed him where the other guy, Bob, wrote in his report where he saw the activity. Sean went back rechecked and again saw nothing.

I would highly recommend Knockout Pest Control. They are very professional, honest not pressuring to sell the service. My report was ready in my email in 1hr. Thank you Knockout for keeping it ethical and honest.

Joe is a great guy and has a great personality. We asked him to come out and spray for red ants in front of the house and carpenter ants on our back deck. My wife also had him spray in the basement for other critters. Very affordable and knowledgeable, and 1/3 of the price of the big boys. We haven't seen a red or carpenter ant since he left, but he does guarantee his work and would come back if needed.

From the start the team was very professional and knowledgeable in helping detect the insects in and around the house. Didn't push anything extra and explained the product used so that my family would be safe. Neal an vs Shawn showed up on time and were very polite and informative. They wore coverings over their shoes and masks to keep everyone safe and comfortable. I hope we have seen the last of these carpenter ants. If not KNOCKOUT will be back to finish them off.

From the moment I called, I knew I contacted a great company as the representative I spoke with was able to help me identity my problem and ease my anxiety about the situation. He was able to schedule same day service for me as well. Our technician, Craig, was friendly and knowledgeable as he explained everything while he completed the interior inspection of our home and then he efficiently installed everything needed outdoors. The owner of the company touts how they have been in business for 50 years, but refuses to listen to customer complaints with evidence and backs up techs who don't know what they are doing & lie through their teeth Definitely does not know the meaning of customer service. Instead he accuses, customers with proof of misuse of products of extortion. Pictures attached is what his technician did to the siding on our house

Joe one of the representatives came to my house and asked my concerns relating to his visit. He clearly explained what resolutions he could offer and went above and beyond to check out my concerns. His mannerism and professionals were superb, really dedicated to his craft. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very hard to find a company that has good staffing to represent them in the field he checked all the boxes.

I've been with Knockout Pest Control for many years. They are consistently responsive, friendly and super thorough. I'm always impressed by the level of expertise and knowledge of the technicians they send over. The individual they sent today for a termite inspection, Joe, is just such an example - personable, professional and takes the time to explain everything that he's doing. The highly intelligent exterminator with a very positive attitude and pleasant demeanor was amazing. He thoroughly examined the area by my garage where I saw a field mouse over the weekend. He found the point of entree for the mouse. Added additional traps. Told me what to do to close it off. Educated me on reason not to overdo it w having exterminator spray w pesticides. I will request him again. )I believe his name is Joe, but I'm not so good w names.)

I spoke to Fred around 8:30am and expressed the concern/paranoia my husband and I had about bedbugs after some suspicions in our building a few months earlier. Two hours later, Eric and the wonderful beagle Maggie came by to inspect every inch of our apartment. Eric was able to answer all of my questions and new exactly what to look for. Luckily, we got the all clear! Both Fred and Eric were so friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Knockout was recommended by my cousin, I used Terminx prior but there were several problems with the servicemen not completely spraying or fixing any problems. Knock out has been professional, on time, great with customer service as well as any service person that has come inside my house pays attention to details and gives advice on how to maintain. My yearly contract has been worth every penny and in the long run I've saved money.

Knockout was fantastic. We found a mouse under our couch when we got up in the morning and called Knockout immediately. Ryan was here in 20 minutes and caught the mouse quickly. He inspected the rest of the inside of the ground floor of our house, the basement, crawlspace and outside for any potential areas where mice droppings might have been found or where mice could have gotten in and didn't find anything else.

He laid out traps and poison in areas that might attract a mouse. What a morning, but we are thankful for Knockout and their fast and professional service. We took the year service plan just in case anything else come up.

My home was infested with cockroaches. It's was nasty, uncomfortable and nothing I tried made them go away. This businesses eradicated them In Just a few visits. I am very happy with their work. In fact unfortunately for them, they were so good I didn't need to renew my contract. They wanted me to renew for "maintenance" but the roaches never came back and I don't need their services any more. Very expensive to do the contract where they visit whenever you need but worth it.

Everything form setting up our service account to Ron's visit has been perfect. I really really hate bugs and these guys put my mind at ease. I heard what sounded like a mouse in my kitchen Tuesday night and freaked out. Called Knockout the next morning and I'm thrilled I have their on call yearlong package. Daniel came, heard my issues, placed traps in places that would stop the darn thing and walked me through the plan of what to look for and when to call them again. Made me feel better and he was thorough and supportive.

Mike was here at 9 am and was really terrific. He was very professional, explained what he was doing and was very considerate of my family and dogs when it came to the chemicals. We had a yellowjacket infestation starting on the outside of the house. he went into the attic to make sure there was no nest in there. I highly recommend them.

I had my annual sentricon termite service on 7/15/21. I have had this program for a number of years. The tech who did the service and interior inspection was Frank. Frank did very thorough check of the sentricon units and replacing the baits as needed. All the while he provided me with detailed explanation of what he was doing and why. He is very knowledgeable about the science of termite control.

He was very helpful during the interior inspection with his pest control advice. In addition, he went above and beyond in helping me locate an entry point for pests that I had been unable to locate on my own. Definitely, a great asset to the company.

First of all, I would like let you know that your employee, his name is Danny, came this morning to do services in our house. He was very polite, very helpful and very professional. I have a couple of questions and concerns about the termites going to the house and he gladly and confidently took his time to explain to me everything, how your services and inspections protects our property from termites.

After checking all bait stations, he was still looking for a couple that he said are missing. He got his detector and tried to locate the other stations. He found it and install one. What I saw in him is he is an employee that made sure that his job is completely done and in doing so, we got the most protection that your services offered Before I retired, I was a manager with a 100 plus staff for 25 years.

There was a time when I have to clean the house and get rid of the dead woods. You're company has good staff. Danny is one of them, an excellent one. I am convinced this company comes to your home and sprays water on the floor. To be honest the problem got worst after hiring them. I don't know if they changed management or products but this was the worst money I have ever spent. I do not recommend them AT ALL. All the positive reviews must be paid sponsorships

Arthur K. (Business owner) this review is in direct response to your reply to my husbands, Robert Kampel, review HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE US OF TRYING TO EXTORT YOU. All we are asking for is for your company to do the right thing Words do matter, and as I explained to Henry, when he came to the house on 6/8/2021; the Spectracide can he saw outside was used for the wasps nests in the shed doorway, because that's an area that was not treated by knockout.

You are more then welcome to come swab the areas, you are accusing us of treating with the can of wasp spray and swab the shed. Actually I urge you to send someone to swab all areas, including the shed(which btw has no staining) & indisputably prove the staining is from your product or technician error with your product JUST DO THE RIGHT THING AND TAKE CARE OF THE SIDING! I will add pictures when I get home, of the shed and the remnants of the nests I sprayed and how there is no staying from it

I suffer from entomophobia and with summer around the corner, the ants, spiders and beetles have been creeping their way into our home. I called Knockout Pest Control and Ronald H. was my service technician. He was extremely polite and very professional. He was very thorough spraying in and around my home. He sprayed in places that other companies didn't in the past. I am confident that I will have a bug-free home. Thank you, Ronald!

We have used their services for rodent and ants. All their service people are great. Easy to get appointments. Daniel was here today for our ant problem. Very courteous - masked and covered shoes. Answered all my questions. Very important - no harm to children or pets. Highly recommend

Paid $350 for bug spray. The roaches never stopped. After 4 and a half months I finally called because I couldn't take it anymore. I figured that they would apologize and offer to send one of their guys to spray the place again. NOPE. I was told that I paid for a treatment that should last between 14 to 30 days. This is outrageous. What extermination service offers you to be free from bugs for two weeks!?

No other bug spray service I've used operated in this manner. When I wanted to have one of their guys come and spray the place again I was told I had to pay the entire amount again. If you want to pay a lot of money and still have roaches, definitely use these guys. Otherwise, use something else.

Ok, so I have had a contract with Knockout for 3 years now, and honestly they are amazing. I had an ant & cricket problem, and now I don't! I have recommended them to friends and family and now they have yearly contracts too. They always come when I need them and the exterminators are always courteous, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. I Highly recommend their service for anyone looking for an exterminator.

I so appreciated having a human being answer the phone and not a recording asking me to leave a message for a call back! The man who answered spoke clearly and explained the choices and services. An appointment was made for the following day. I was especially pleased when the driver called in advance so the dogs could be placed outside avoiding the drama of his arrival. The technician, once again, explained everything, took his time spraying and placing traps. I am relieved to have this done and unwelcome "critters" out of our home.

Hello all, What I'm about to tell you is unbelievable! I've been A customer for 6 years always paid my bill right on time. In March due to the country's pandemic like most Americans my job was effected. I called and asked if they could space out my payments in four separate payments. I spoke to a girl name Melissa. I also stated I maybe selling my home due to the pandemic.

I can't spend $400 ( for renewal ) in one shot at this difficult time. I was told by Neal the manger it's not his or the owners issues that i was effected by this pandemic! Neal told me I'd be responsible to have the new possible owner pay ME for the contract. My question to Neal was what if the new buyer don't want the centrcon bait system?

He says well that would a mistake on there part. I said I understand but I can't force someone to buy it if they don't want it. I respectfully said let me pay for what ever time I use it or for the time I own the house. Neals reply was NO. I asked to speak to the owner I was told the owner don't take phone calls! I guess this is why Neal is so unaccommodating.

Mind you I paid them for 6 years already I'm not a new customer ( roughly $2,200) always paid my bill one shot right on time. I can't believe the way I was treated. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I asked lastly Melissa told me I can pay quarterly. neals reply was oh yea only if you don't sell you house you can pay quarterly, how inhuman is that during this difficult time! Horrible horrible horrible and very very sad.

We had a contract with Knockout but couldnt afford it after awhile. We had a yellow jack problem two years ago and still havent come back after one visit. Im hoping to get the contract back this coming spring, Lord willing. 10 star rating!

I chose Knockout because of the great reviews. Spoke to someone, a man, told him my situation. I was moving into a roach infested apartment temporarily and was looking to get services. This man recommended the K12 service. Believe it was 450 for a year. I told him I would be moving out of the place soon and I just wanted this place to be a comfortable transition for me and my family.

He promised as long as there were no than one kitchen it would be ok. I paid for the K12. Everything was good. They serviced the temporary apartment. They met my expectations and more. Skip to a few months later. I find two roaches creeping into my new apartment from the heating pipes (its an old building) and I call them to set an appointment. Why not get my moneys worth and have some preventive treatments done, right?

A woman answered, don't remember names, I'm horrible with names. She looked up my account and was taking the new address down and then informed me that I would have to pay extra. I specifically asked if I would need to pay extra for moving. If i would've known that there would be hidden fees I wouldn't have taken the K12. It was dishonest to assure me that the transition from one place to another would be smooth and I wouldn't have to pay extra as long as there weren't more than one kitchen.

I expressed this but the operator was of no help. I'm disappointed and feel conned out of 450. I didn't need a years worth of services at the time and didn't want this to be an ongoing bill but the deal seemed too good to pass up. One lump sum of $450 and that's it. It was too good to be true, obviously. Be wary.
