Arizona's Best Choice Pest

Derek is awesome! I have a toddler and a young baby in the house (so naps are a precious and precarious thing), and Derek is very thoughtful - he always texts me to ask if the baby is awake before ringing/knocking. He also always remembers which room is the nursery so that he doesn't go in and wake the beast. I mean baby. :) He's on time, thorough, and even locks up my gate after he's finished. Noticeable decrease in bugs (spiders, ants, earwigs, etc) after each service. Highly recommend!

We thought we had roof rats because we heard noise between the walls. We call Arizona's Best because they are our pest control service. We have used them for 4 years. The guys came out the next day. Shawn and Will came out and did a full inspection. They found that a Quail got stuck down in the vent. The bird was dead and it was gross. They removed the dead bird and installed vent screens on the roof oven vent to prevent this in the future.

They removed the old microwave that had been damaged by birds feathers burning out the motor. They cleaned out the vent, wiped everything down and left us feeling hopeful. Thank you guys for going the extra mile. Best service ever.

I will not be returning as a customer. When I first started with them things went according to plan. Somehow in Nov I fell off their schedule and we did not get back on until today. Technician Nora had showed up I did run a quick errand and seen Nora leaving my home, she was not more than 30 seconds away, I let her know I was headed back and asked her to return and she refused.

I texted the office, they also refused to have her come back. I do understand the importance of an appointment but I do not feel that was a reasonable response. If I would have crossed paths with her further down the road I definitely would have understood that she couldn't come back but seriously 30 seconds away.

It was excellent, I was not there but my son called me and was surprised by Kevin's service. Kevin took the time to explain a lot of things to my son because at the same time we had fumigation for animal control and inspection for terminal control. Excellent job. Shawn and Austin did great work, were friendly, and explained their work process when I asked, with easy to understand detail. Dave (weeds), has also been very informative. He comes off as gruff, but I think he's got a hidden heart of gold. He knows how to do his job very well, and works hard.

After enduring the mess pigeons were making on our roof for more than a few years - and watching them bring their friends and relatives to join them, we were SO PLEASED with the work done by Arizona's Best. The men did a better job than I anticipated. They cleaned out the area where the pigeons had been nesting and sanitized it better than I ever could.

Then they blocked off the area with wire so they can't nest in that spot again. Some of my neighbors have shiny spinners on their roof, and these work. I wanted a company who could stop the problem and clean up the mess. I give this company the highest score possible. Polite and efficient. If I have further problems, they'll be my first and only call.

I want to start by saying that all 3 technicians we're fabulous! Scott has treated our property twice now and Sean and Will treated for termites. All 3 are very knowledgeable in their field and gave so much excellent advise. They are polite, friendly and prompt! They are definitely an asset to your company

I wish I could give more stars! We found evidence of termites in our home and after reading some different yelp reviews decided to give Arizona's Best Choice a call. They answered right away and put me in touch directly with Gary who handles the inspections. I was really happy to speak with him knowing that he would be the one coming to my home and the information I was giving wouldn't need to be repeated or get lost in the line of communication with other employees.

We scheduled an inspection within a couple of days and he arrived promptly. Gary gave the most professional, friendly, and thorough service. He went through our entire home and sat down with us to explain the step-by-step process of our treatment plan. When the technicians arrived (about a week later at our scheduled treatment time) they arrived within the window provided and were equally as friendly (we even asked them to wear booties in the house as we'd just had the carpets cleaned - annoying, I know - and they did so without any hesitation).

The areas that were treated are virtually undetectable! I was very impressed by this because we have some serious eyesores in our outdoor entryway concrete from treatments handled by a previous owner. For less than $1000 we got an inspection, treatment, and 5 year warranty. I'm so happy that we hired them to handle this issue in our home and would HIGHLY recommend going with them!

I hired AZ Best to do service on a home I was selling in 2017. I provided my credit card at the time, received a receipt and that was that, or so I thought. Come 2019 I receive a call with someone there claiming I never paid. How poorly is your company run that you solicit funds 2 years after service. They're claiming the card was declined, that's what happens when you wait 2 years to do your paperwork!

Please avoid this company as they are inexcusably bad and may call you in two years to collect. I hope this review saves you fellow consumers thousands by going with a different company.

I have been with Arizona's Best Choice for almost 2 years now. Scott, my tech, does a FANTASTIC job keeping us bug free from the outside! I do not like spraying inside my house and in 2 years I've never had to. We've never had anything more than a couple of tiny spiders make it in. We rarely see any scorpions on our property either, thanks to their diligence!

Their great prices and positive reviews are what drew me in, but I stay for the service and quality of work. Scott takes pride in his work, shows up on time every time, and is just a generally nice guy too.

This company is amazing! I called on Monday, and had an appointment set for the same week, and worked with me on my schedule. Trevor, the technician in my area, was on time and very knowledgeable. He made me feel very confident in their services and was very friendly. He understood I was concerned about spiders in my baby's room and really focused on making sure no more spiders are going to be bothering her.

Being a new customer, he walked me through the process and informed me of when he will be back and when I should expect each service. I cannot recommend this company enough. I called around to a few different companies and this one was the only one that had a decent customer service representative who answered the phone. I'm so glad I went with this company. They are so great!

I called Arizona's Best Choice as I recently relocated from out of state to the Mesa area and needed to get a pest control service in place. Boy did I get lucky! About half the price of my past service in California for a home double in size! I made my appointment and Trevor (our new technician) was right on time. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough with his explanation of what they service and what I could expect.

Because of his expertise, I decided to hire them for a full year right away! They come every month and spray the exterior (interior if you want it) as well as knock down any webs and make sure the home is pest-free! I am so happy right now - ABC is the best!

We've been using their services for over a year and are always pleased. Trevor, our technician, is always on time, friendly, and thorough. I use these guys for my pest contro and termite control until today. I called up to see if they also take care of birds, and the answer was yes. Will, my technician called me on Monday to set up an appointment to come out on Tuesday. Will was very professionals and respectful. The other technihians are also professional, friendly, respectful and know what they are doing.

Poor service and no response to inquiries made about our service. I chose this company because of their 5 star rating they were prompt at first and have fallen off since then. We have a scorpion issue which we were up front about from the beginning they said they could handle the situation needless to say the problem still exists. When we called in to inform them that we're finding additional scorpions in the house they did not bother to call back.

This is happened 3 times now where we call and do not getting a response to our enquiries. They also had what they call a system error and did not service our house for 3 months. Your experience may vary from ours but I would recommend using another servic The owner was very sincere an apologetic for the mistake he did offer to help and correct the problem unfortunately we already hired a new company. Therefore it's upgraded to 3 stars

I noticed subterranean termite mud tubes on the side of my house. I called four companies, three local 5-star yelp review companies and my current pest control company to get estimates. Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services beat the competition for the following reasons: 1. They arrived on-time for the estimate 2. They offered a written estimate, explained the process thoroughly, and answered my concerns about the treatment. 3.

They chose the least intrusive method to correct the issue. (didn't drill holes where they are not needed, didn't require removing decorative bricks, etc). 4. The long term contract (5-years) was cheaper than any of the other quotes. (Even though I forgot to give them the coupon from the website, they were still cheaper). 5. They used a Fipronil, which I prefer treating termites (seem to have better success in Arizona from research I found). 6. Jim has a great attitude about killing bugs.

A+++! Shane was so honest. I had him inspect a termite issue in my home which I had purchased recently. He came out to inspect the issue, then said it looked like the area had been treated for termites recently, so he looked up the information and found that my home currently had an active contract with another pest company who had treated it under a year ago. Wow! He could have easily had me pay $1,000 or more but he referred me to the other company and I didn't end up having to pay anything. Highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with everyone I worked with for termite treatments at my home! The first appointment was the technician coming by to investigate the problem and come up with a plan and quote. They were able to schedule the treatment fairly quickly and were very good about it when I needed to reschedule. They were true to their quote and very friendly and courteous!

Derek was awesome! If we could give him 10 stars we would! He took the time to explain everything to us. He told us to watch what he was doing so it could ease our minds knowing he was doing a thorough job, which he did! We highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I have been using Az Best services for quite some time now, Always been very pleased with the professional and awesome services they provide, I called them to schedule an appointment for a spray because I'm having a party for the cardinals game this Saturday. after talking to the lady who answers the phone "sorry i don't remember your name" i explained my situation too bad they were all booked up and couldn't make it in the next few days, I had them put a note in the system just in case some time became available.

Not only did i get a call back for a routine person, I heard from the Manager Jose Flores, he advised me that a truck was avail and he would come out and do the services himself. THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REPEAT CUSTOMER! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We are fairly new to Arizona and we just bought our home. In all my excitement of this opportunity I am quickly reminded of all the horror stories I've heard about Arizonas bugs, mainly scorpions. When I saw my first one in our home my kids and I literally panicked and I immediately looked on yelp and picked a company. I am extremely grateful for Derrick!

This man goes out of his way to make sure we are comfortable in our new home. He is very knowledgeable about all bugs, especially scorpions. He always reassures my family that he is literally a phone call away and no matter what time of day it is, if we see something to call. I've encountered a lot of companies in the past, in different states, who are only after your money but this company and Derrick are not at all like that. I will literally stay with this company for as long as we stay in Arizona, solely b/c of the outstanding job that this one man does.

Moving into the Ahwatukee Foothills area backing to a mountain preserve, I had a house with a scorpion problem. One a week in the house for the first six weeks and over a 100 killed during that time on the property black-lighting at night. I was not happy. But once Aaron started the monthly service I noticed a considerable decline month over month with none making it in the house. I've been using them for almost 2 years.

None have been in the house in a year and a half. Rarely do I even see one while actively black-lighting for them at night. Aaron is very friendly and with his experience and knowledge he knows how to focus the treatment based on your needs. I've seen the company upgrade their equipment and chemicals so it's nice to see the owner putting back into the business. Overall I'm very happy and have recommended them to others.

Our neighbors had originally had their house sealed by AZ Best and had great results. After seeing a few scorpions in our house, we decided to do the same. AZ Best is professional, courteous and reliable. They are affordable and will come back, if needed, for a second dose of spraying. Once we had our house sealed by Jim, we saw the last few nasty scorpions in our house and haven't seen one since.

Our service tech is Jeremy, and he is the best. Calls the day before to let us know he'll be by, lets us know the time, does a thorough job and answer any questions we have. Definitely worth the price to keep critters away.

I have been using AZ's Best for 2 years now at my home every month and my work every month, they are affordable, polite, and on time. Aaron is our Tech and he has been our tech this entire time so it shows he must like working for this company as well. I feel like they do a great job and listen to my concerns and requests. I would like to take this moment and put my gratitude of appreciation to Shane B. He came to our home & talked to me & sat with me - went and looked around our home for problems (critter) & He fixed my garage doors with rubber door sealer & checked all my doors for possible insect entry. He also treated our home for some termites & explained the procedure to me given me all the literature on the product that they were going to use & showed me the area's of our home that would be treated.

He did all this for a very reasonable price & then the yearly insurance for termites is $134 a year. I will keep using AZ Best Choice Pest & Termite Services. I had several estimates for the Termite Issue & the other 3 company's - I will say failed there duty or reached my expectation on the presentation of the Termite issue.
