I did not have a good experience with Trutech at all. Alex Gray had a hard time showing up to the first appointment and after a phone call to corporate he was out the next day. Alex Gray was very professional and handled the situation well while doing good work. He was honest and you could tell he had pride in what he was doing. A few weeks go by after the traps were set and Jack from Oklahoma shows up to finish the project.
Let's just say he was a nice guy but was lazy as he didn't finish the job before he left the house. We once again had to call Alex Flatt the district manager and he got the issue resolved in a timely fashion. Overall I had a poor experience with Trutech as their communication is very poor between corporate to the DM to the guys in the field. We started this project in Early April and was finally able to put this to bed on 08/24/2021.
There was way to many miscommunications from Trutech as a company and not to mention their AR is just as bad. I will say Alex Flatt was the only employee I spoke with that held up to his word and followed up on specific tasks. I will not be doing business with Trutech in the future and would advise anyone to use a company that is local to Kansas City.

The day you came out and got the bird nest out of the vent and replaced the vent was great. But I called the next day because a bird was still stuck in the ceiling and no one EVER called me back to help. I also had called the main number and they set up a report too and again no call back. It was up to my husband and I to get the bird out which we did. But if we weren't willing to do that then that poor bird would have died and I find this quite ridiculous since we paid over $400 the day before.

Very professional, quick service. I called in the afternoon and he was out the next morning. Had a family of opossums terrorizing both the smaller family members, as well as our two chihuahuas from underneath the deck. Alex was super nice, and super knowledgeable and had our little 'issue' taken care of in no time. I will definitely be calling Alex Gray at Trutech next time I have another pest issue.

Very thorough and really professional. Alex Gray was GRAY(T)! We have a 3 story 100+ yr. old house and we haven't heard a thing since he serviced us. He closed up all the holes where squirrels were getting in as there were a few. The last one was about 30 feet up and in a precarious place. Sure enough I saw our little friend trying to get back in right where Alex had said the problem was and he couldn't.
He was a frustrated squirrel and I was a happy home owner. He also set up traps etc for any other type of critter that may be problematic. Call Trutech and have it done right!

Super speedy and detailed service! Alex Gray listened to all of our concerns and addressed them quickly and efficiently! Now it's like we never had a critter problem in the first place.
