The Real Estate Council of San Antonio is the advocate for owners and professionals in the real estate industry, influencing action and supporting efforts to ensure a healthy economy and enhanced quality of life in the San Antonio area. Established in 1991, the Council was formed to provide its members with vision, leadership and initiative in the ever-changing real estate market and economic climate. The Council currently has more than 300 member firms with approximately 1,200 individuals participating as members.
Plan and implements RECSA's Leadership Development Program for up to 30 high-potential, real estate industry applicants under the age of 40. In addition to providing overall guidance for the Program, each committee member (working with 2-3 other committee members) is responsible for a program segment.
