Phillip arrived in time, was quite professional and knowledgeable of his work and was a hit with our Labrador Retriever. Pestguard is so responsive, Melissa and Rich are absolutely amazing. What a blessing to see such honest people. Richard came to my condo - It's old and I was afraid we had termites - he looked at it and said " nope, just ants. Call the HOA and have them re-treat it it". So few honest people like this anymore! When / if I develop a real problem PestGuard will be my first call.

Phillip- came to my home did an inspection assured me my home was not infested with bed bugs, beetles or some other weird bug that I was sure invaded our home. What in fact happened was and old box of dog bones on a top shelf we has forgotten about. Weevils. It was rather funny. He was helpful kind and resolved the issue. Pestguard recently completed our termite fumigation procedure. We were anxious about this procedure because of the spray foam insulation in our attic and our home being new construction. Pestguard performed the procedure carefully and professionally. Office personnel were detailed and informative and technicians well-trained. We were especially impressed with our personal contact agent, Chuck Wilson. Mr. Wilson attended to every detail, answered every question, and, above all, cared about the well-being of our home. Being from the NE, we aren't aware of the array of bugs here, and we are learning alot! You must have a professional company in FL. You can't just "do it yourself". I haven't used Pestguard yet, but when we do pull the trigger on getting the house protected, it will be Pestguard that gets the work. This is due to the professionalism and courtesy of Will and Mark. They are doing some work at a neighbors, I spoke to them briefly and asked them about their services. They both just took a walk around my house, pointing out some areas of concern and discussing options. Very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks guys, when we're ready to move forward, we'll call you!

This 5-star is for our technician only, not the company as a whole. I recommend Phillip Munselle without hesitation as he was timely, professional, and was motivated to help us with our issue. We did experience a lack of follow up in general (management) and their office never returned my calls, however, Phillip was always quick to respond and was clear and concise about what treatment would entail. If you use this company, ask for him and you will not be disappointed.
